Worst meal and customer service I've had in years. Fries had a clump of dusty hair in them. Boneless chicken had a piece of plastic or a feather or something in them. The meat was incredibly dark and saturated in a foul oil. Besides the sweetness of the sauce the flavour was not good at all. I started feeling sick so I threw away half the meal. The meal was also made about 15 minutes too early according to the website instructions and so it got cold much faster than it should. The next day I called and told them. They asked me a whole series of questions like I was being interviewed and was eventually texted by the manager who requested pictures, and on and on. I provided everything and then was offered a free fries.... after spending more than $30 there for contaminated food? It cost $30 of my time too, like it was my responsibility to run their quality control by providing all sorts of details and pictures... And then to be offered fries is truly incredible as if I'd ever eat at that horrible place again in my life. I'm just totally in shock, and I'm not really one to complain. Look at my other...

First time I've been to this location. The chicken was fine, but the 30 min turned out to be an hour wait, and when my order was finally ready, they were still telling customers coming in that it would be a 30 min wait. It was more frustrating because they had no system. They did not call out the orders that were ready, so you had to line up again to check (the line already quite slow since the cashier also had to answer the phone). It also took a long while each time the cashier went to check which orders were ready and which orders weren't. There was a lot of confusion behind the counter. Their batter is one of the best for Korean fried chicken! Their fried chicken is Korean style, with American style battered.

We got their original and spicy one. The spicy one (buldak) should be renamed, because it’s not really spicy at all. It’s more of a super sweet flavour with a small kick of spice at the end.

Edit: We came back to try their soy garlic flavour! It’s really good, solid 5/5! We also got the original flavour again. The original one is good, but it needed some type of sauce. I wish they offered alternative dipping sauces on the side. We made our own buffalo chicken wing flavour sauce for it, and it was bomb with the chicken!

For each chicken order, it comes with a free drink on the side.
