The Association I belong to held our 30th Anniversary Gala at The Polish Cultural Centre last night. It was in the Combatants Hall, which is the smaller hall. From the feedback we received from our members, as I am on the organizing committee, the food was delicious, hot and plentiful. The service through out the night was superb; plates were cleared away promptly, water replenished at the tables, coffee and tea filled up when needed.
