If you think all Tim Hortons are the same, think again. Out of the thousands of Tim Hortons I’ve been to across Canada, none—and I mean none—come close to the incredible experience at 1341 32 Ave NE, Calgary.

It’s not just about the coffee (which is always fresh and perfect here). A restaurant isn’t made of walls, machines, and counters—it’s built on teamwork, hospitality, and the dedication of the people inside. And this location? It’s in a league of its own.

Every single time I come here, the service is beyond exceptional. I’ve had friendlier, more efficient, and more genuine interactions at this Tim’s than at some sit-down restaurants. The drive-thru is lightning-fast and always accurate, but I’ll be honest—I actually go out of my way to skip the drive-thru just to experience the warm smiles and kindness inside.

A special shout-out to Andie,Elvi,Kristel and Cathy—absolute all-stars. If you’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by them, you know exactly what I mean. Their energy, professionalism, and friendliness turn a simple coffee run into a moment that brightens my entire day. Their boss should know: this team is golden.

Also to the reviewer talking about someone's nationality...that women is a hard worker and a sweet heart and you shouldn't be taking pictures of her and putting them online like that! Absolutely horrific service. I never write reviews. But I had to this morning I was so disgusted with this place. On feb 3rd at 8.18am I went through the drive thru before work. I proceeded to order the woman had poor English but she got my order and said ok wait one second. I then pulled forward to the window to pay and she proceeded to aggressively say you didn’t listen and threw the visa machine in my face to pay. I asked what exactly is the problem, she said I said one second you were supposed to wait at the order machine. I understand English is not your first language but one second does not mean wait at a machine this has never been something at a Tim Hortons I have ever done in my life. So I proceeded to say sorry for the confusion when actuality why am I apologizing for her aggressive behavior when I’m a paying customer who did not give her abuse. I am a PAYING customer this was disgusting behavior at 8am in the morning to receive she then slammed the window shut I waited and less then 60 seconds and she gave me my order I don’t get the big deal. For at least the past 8 years I have been going to this Tim Horton's pretty much every day before work. The morning drive through line between 5:00AM and 7:00AM is usually pretty quick (I would imagine a drive through average time of under a minute). This week has been a different story. On Tuesday they gave me two wrong coffees, on Wednesday it took 4.5 minutes to get my coffee when there were only 3 people in the drive through. This morning (Friday) I got to the window after ordering and they really have a hard time of keeping track of who orders what (keep in mind at this time there were only approx 4 cars total between both lanes). I got to the window and they over charged me for my order without verifying what I had ordered. (Two coffees) After waiting 5+ minutes without any communication I was asked if I had a dollar to give them then they would be able to refund my Tim's card. This didn't make sense to me at all so I said not to worry about it and left. Hopefully the normal lady who works morning is just on vacation because she is amazing and so cheerful in the mornings.
