Major League 2 — Restaurant in Chilliwack

Went for lunch for my husband's birthday. Been before with really great service and good food. We enjoy the beef dip. When we came this time it was bad. Patio was dirty but only two tables had people, so we were ready to eat and drink, even brought our puppy. The waitress came out to give more things to the other tables and made eye contact and a head nod to us. So we waited for menus and to order. She went Inside. Waited about 5 minutes and then another two women came out to sit at a table and wait for some drinks and food or any service at that. 10 minutes later and the women lean over and ask if we have even been brought menus yet. We explained that we hadn't. Waitress comes out finally and drops things for the other table (one of two that were there, not counting us two that haven't even got menus yet). Then goes away again. After another 5 minutes (15 total for us, 10 for them), they get up and said it wasn't worth it to wait. Just before they left a group of three men sat down. The waitress comes out a few minutes later with 3 menus... She sees that she could flirt her way to a tip (I assume), as she brought the men the menus and left us sitting there while she talked to them for about 5 minutes.... we left at that point. 20 minutes just to be ignored.

After that experience (early june), we haven't been back...

Aggressive staff!

Myself and a group of over 20 members visited this pub a few nights ago. One of the bouncers was incredibly rude and aggressive. There were many moments throughout the night that our table was treated in a rude manner. The waitress did not take our orders multiple times and told us to wait. At the point of us leaving, one of our girls had a drink and phone in their hand. We were OUTSIDE of the pub at this point. One of the bouncers grabbed the girls hand, which at this time actually hurts, and proceeded to yank the drink along with her phone and aggressively yelled at her. My friends phone fell to the ground and is not working well anymore. There were many of us that stood up for our friend and told the bouncer that this behaviour is unacceptable. They said they didn’t care and that they had told her to throw the drink away beforehand. I understand the drink could have been thrown away beforehand but to grab her arm and pull the drink? And to speak in a rude and loud voice with everyone of us? To not take any accountability or simply even apologize? We weren’t given any contacts to report this matter to management, even though we asked many times. It’s crazy!! Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect. Absolutely horrible service....

The staff was super rude.

I had called 2 weeks in advance to reserve a table for 20 people. Then called them back 2 days before the event that there will be 30 people they said no problem will change the resso to 30 ppl. Day of the reservation ask our party was showing they told us there was no reservation and that no one told them about it? But how I called 2 times prior to the even to confirm the reservation. Anyways the night already started off shitty as we waited for them to figure out where they were going to seat us. Our server was super rude the whole right. Not only that she tried to settle up everyone's bill and move us once our food came. We refused to move from our tables at this point because it didnt make sense to move when we just got our food. The bouncers were rude aswell. My cousins phone was slapped out of her hand and they proceeded to kick her out of the bar for no reason. Over all a shitty experience and would not recommend for big groups to go there as they clearly cannot handle it. Keep in mind this all happened in between 8pm to 1030pm as well all ended up leaving after this shit show of a night. It's just sad because I myself spent about 500 dollar in that time frame just to be treated like...
