Read moreBeautiful park. Very easy walking trails that are family-friendly but it's not a good place for avid hikers who want a challenge. Really more of a casual strolling place.
There are a few nice little scenic spots, but it can get quite crowded in certain areas at certain times of day.
The park and trails are FREE. The reviews talking about prices are for a different (part of the) park with a similar name. You do not have to do the suspension bridge, and it is a rip-off. You can enjoy the rest of the park without it just fine.

You can see the gondola going up Grouse the distance and people paragliding from the mountain on sunny days. You can walk on the right hand side down a trail to get a view of Cleveland Dam as well as walk across the top and get a view from above!
There are a couple picnic tables and they have ledges on the end to hold BBQs. Lots of beautiful trees great views and some green space for the kids to play. Great place for a date, with family or just to walk around and spend some time in nature.
Pictures came up in random order. First is the sun coming through the mist on tandem from the lower trail, the second is the walkway above the dam, third is the top is the lower trail, 4th is looking from the top of the trail to the fenced lookout area, then the bathrooms, the view just below the lake, the lakefront toward the parking lot, from the lower trail, then last two pics are of the water flowing from the dam. Clearly worth a visit and...
