This was our first time building a home so we were very unsure of the process going into it. We were absolutely blown away with Jackie’s knowledge and professionalism and cannot say enough good things about Jackie and her team! Jackie visited show homes with us and then helped us build and purchase our dream home! She was there every step of the way, ensuring we weren’t being taken advantage of. We spent several months working with the builder and Jackie pricing out different options and upgrades to ensure there weren’t any huge surprises after we signed – and with Jackie’s help there weren’t!! Jackie was able to help us get an initial cost estimate that outlined our budget and wish list. She worked closely with us during the planning phase to provide construction input, and looked for cost savings by making minor modification suggestions to our house plans.
