Wîhkwêntôwin Arena — Attraction in Edmonton

Its closed for the community. There is only 1 hour per week only when you can skate. Admin said that they always have events, even at that moment,so he did not allow me to come in. But I saw arena was empty. Facility was empty at all!! That admin was watching videos on his phone. I can not understand why it called "community arena". Its closed for the actual community!!! City of Edmonton does really bad job...
