Food is good. Service is the worst I have ever seen . Staff don’t know what they are doing. No communication. I was told by Nicole that I would get a Punjabi style for 50% off, I got two wraps so it’s $1 off. When I arrived, the staff didnt give me my discount and the front door door was frustrated like she’s done with me. And she even said “we couldn’t get a hold of Nicole and we don’t know whatever you said was true, we need to make sure that with Nicole. “ I was like….. okay so you really think I would lie about that one dollar? 😂it’s a complete joke. So after that they gave me my holy moly one dollar discount. I called back because they gave me the wrong wrapz yeappppp after this many miscommunications. The girl who picked up the phone said “sorry, what would you like me to do I can’t really do anything at this moment.” I’m amazed because it seems like everyone wants their customers to do the job for them. So I finally talked to Nicole, she was kind enough to give me a free IOU because they made me the wrong wrap. Nicole confirms with me that I would get a free wrap, anyone can help me, just give my name and I’ll get a free wrap for their mistake. Okay fastworward to two days after, I called and the staff called summer, said she couldn’t Honor the IOU Cos she doesn’t know what that is and there no note or anything. I would have to buy it. She literally didn’t even think how to solve the problem and I had to teach her how to do her job, tell her to call the manager, call the owner and figure out what that is . Please get your staff trained and they need to improvise and think on their feet when problems come up. This is extremely frustrating. There’s always room for improvement. You can do...

This was my first time going to this restaurant, I went with a friend on Sunday after, and it was the worse service and attitude the people had there. They seemed not to care about anything. I told the young girl my order three times and when it came up on the screen I told her it was still wrong that's not what wanted. She said " I'll fix it ." It wasn't. My friend wanted some water and she started to argue with about buying bottled water that was there. All she wanted was small glass of water. So when it came to our food.. we didn't know that we had to check(sat outside) when they left it on counter, when I went to get my order it wasn't what I ordered so I ask why wasn't it changed when I ordered it ? The other young woman ask me what I ordered I told her and she said it would be 10 -15 mins to make . I told her i wasn't happy and I don't know why it was wrong when i said it three times. We were eating our meal, and we noticed that there was a couple outside with us and they got full service.. they brought them their Cafe and then they're food ??? So are we being selective on who we are serving now? They cared more about themselves and phones ! Im sorry I didn't tip not with that service. I think I was more shocked she was arguing about the tap water to my friend? Sorry to say but this was my first and last time I'll be going...

I think this is probably the largest out of the chain of cafes.

I'm not going to lie, it's rather difficult to find parking in this area.

This location is more open and spacious. The chai and lattes here are just as good as the other locations. I like that the owner chooses all of the spices that go into the Chai himself and then has them imported. Remedy is my favourite Chai in the city!

I appreciate that they have several different types of "milk" to choose from. My only disappointment is that they don't keep lactaid in stock. Almond it is then!

You also have an extensive choice of the type of sweetener to use in your beverage. Cane sugar, coconut sugar, etc. Sweet!

The baked goods are really great and a lot of them are vegan.

If you aren't into Chai or coffee, they have a selection of cold beverages, a number of them are organic and tasty. One of the only places where I have seen my favourite hibiscus drinks.

I haven't had a chance to have the food at this particular location, but if it is anything like the one downtown, it is...

If you find this helpful, give it a thumbs up! Customer WiFi: yes Washrooms: yes Power outlets: yes Pet friendly: no Parking: Street Food/Drinks: really good specialty coffees teas and chai. Food has a bit of Indian flare to it with lots of bold flavors and really good. Service: staff are nice but don't really interact much with you. Also the system they have for getting you drinks is kinda dumb because you order, then you sit down, then while you're in a conversation you need to listen for your drink order to be called and you go pick it up. That's if you remembered what you ordered I usually don't. The thing is they gave us a number thing for our food and they brought the food to us but they couldn't do it for the drinks too. Atmosphere: very chill and relaxed. Very hip, open, and a great place to study, visit or chill and read a book. If you found this helpful, let me know by leaving a thumbs up!

Went into this Cafe late last night for a business meeting with my partners and our realtor to brain storm and conduct some serious business after a long day of working hard! Very glad we ended up at this super cozy and friendly staffed establishment to enjoy an excellent hot beverage! Our realtor was the one who recommended this place for meeting and he spoke very highly of the Chai over at this shop! Upon arrival the staff greeted my business partners and I with very friendly and uplifting spirits, answering all our questions about the hot beverages and snacks etc. I ended up with the famous Chai and my friend got the London Fog we both enjoyed our drinks immediately upon taking the first sip, the taste was amazing with the blend of flavours and high quality ingredients. Definitely will be coming back to this Cafe whenever I am in the area or for any future meetings we will be visiting here!

Remedy Cafe offers a laid-back, casual atmosphere. Their food is flavourful and hearty. I have two favorite items here: the palak paneer wrap with humus or chicken chana wrap with hummus. I never venture beyond these items because they are always so satisfying. Guests have the option of ordering wraps with hummus or mayonnaise so are easily customizable based on dietary preferences. They also offer gluten-free and vegan options so can accomodate a variety of needs. What I love about these wraps is that they are hearty and flavourful so I end my meal feeling satiated and satisified. I find the staff to be very warm and friendly even when the cafe is packed and they are busy. The cafe itself is humble and relaxed. It's unpretentious and cozy. This spot is definitely my favorite spot for cozy, comfort food that is consistently satisfying.
