Terrible. That is how I would describe my experience in this store. Fist off we came into the store and looked at prints for about 10 minutes and never got acknowledged until we went to ask about a print. Secondly, we set the two prints we had picked out as well as a frame on a table that was in the middle of the store. Later after we asked about one of the prints the lady that worked there came up to us and looked at a print that was rolled up beside us (which had nothing to do with us), she then started talking with her coworker about how it has a wrinkle and a crease and then began blaming it on us. We had never put anything on the print or even touched it. She was extremely rude and unprofessional as well as immature about the situation. It is a terrible way to treat your customers and very judgmental on her part. After we explained that we had nothing to do with it she said '' an apology would be appreciated'' we were thinking she was going to apologize to us for talking that way however she wanted us to apologize for doing nothing to the print. I would also like to add that the print was already purchased by another customer and was just laying around on this table in the store for everyone to see, touch and move. That experience was very unpleasant and maddening. Later on we came back into the store to talk about the situation to the owner, turns out the lady is the owner but wasn't even willing to talk to us so we talked to the other staff member. He was very harsh and critical and even wanted to show us the surveillance camera footage! We didn't care about the footage or if we moved it or put something on it (which we didn't) we cared about being very wrongly treated. Afterwards the lady told us ''I'm looking forward to never seeing you in my store again, don't let the door hit you on your way out''. Absolutely terrible. Worst customer service ever and what an awful way to talk to your customers. The sad part is that they don't even care about losing customers/purchase and don't care about the people who walk into their store. Honestly I would rate this a 0 out of 5. It completely...
Read moreI got a set of prints done with bleeds on 12x16 photopaper. Prints were great so I decided to get two more done to same specs. I went and picked them up and drove the 30 minute drive back home. I get home to notice the prints had a white border around them. I don't do this for a living and this stuff is all new to me so I took this to mean that the prints weren't done to the 12x16" I needed them at if I were to trim the white border. When I called to ask about this the lady on the phone got defensive with me and instead of explaining to me where I'm wrong she said "just bring them in and I'll cut them or replace them for you!" In an angry tone. I wouldn't mind if the mistake wasn't going to cost me another 1 hour of driving. I ended up trimming them myself. Again, the prints were great quality wise. The experience I had with the lady over the phone and their poor website...
Read moreGreat shop for printing and framing! I’ve had fine art pieces framed here and the staff was incredibly helpful and set up a safe way to get my thoughts on framing. They treated my pieces like they were gold (gloves, only touching the edges of the paper). They ended up beautiful and the frames really complement the art!
Vivid print is also my go to for sewing pattern printing! They are quick, easy to upload my files and have a good price! Plus, they package very carefully, not taping the edges so there is no damage to the paper and in a plastic cover.
Incredible service, very kind and knowledgeable and you definitely feel like it’s money well spend shopping here. They don’t cut any corners in...
