Very beautifully maintained place where you can see the waterfalls from different angles. Visitor center has good collection of various artsy good made by local artists.
From the parking lot you can go in either direction to get nice views. I suggest you take both directions because the trails is easy ( of course with few steps in certain places)
Some people have commented that part of the trails is closed. While this is true, you can easily take small detour by crossing the road to join back the trail.

I saw a number of people that pulled up in cars, took a few pictures and left. They missed so much, the views and the scenery are all away from the actual Falls.
