Zip Zag Ziplines — Attraction in Grand Falls

The Zip Zag staff are incredibly kind and helpful people and are a true representation of "East Coast hospitality" that you hear about in Canada. They also have no issue if you want to wear a GoPro. Sometimes places can be a little strict on this rule, but Zip Zag is totally chill about it, which is nice. They also take some photos of you throughout, which are then emailed to you at no additional cost.

As for the ziplining itself, it was an absolute blast. The first zipline takes you over the St. John River just past the falls, while the second zipline will take you over the bottom of the falls themselves. It was a lot of fun, but it went by way too fast. I wish there was an option to do both ziplines twice, lol.

What an amazing experience! From the moment we entered the shop we were treated as if we were the only ones in the room and we weren't. The team was knowledgeable and friendly, answering all of our questions, and providing the information we required. They asked us to return at a certain time and were ready for us on the dot, helping us 'suit-up' in their sturdy, new, clean gear, ready for our adventure. The 'line-team' was amazing. They were excited for us to be excited about our zip-line adventure. All four were engaging, and were really making our experience one we would not forget. To receive the complimentary photos afterwards was the icing on the cake. Now I can show my other 'senior' friends that you can teach an older dog new tricks! We stopped by Grand Falls on our Eastern Canada Road Trip. I am so glad my mother in law (75) and my kid (10) can share the experience together. We didn’t make reservation as I had no idea when we would be driving thru, and the staff promptly got us into the next group. The view over the gorge was very nice and you could feel a bit of splash on your skin as you zip. Other the staffs were so friendly and nice, and they were taking photos of us during the experience. Unlike most other businesses that charges ridiculous fee for photo, they sent the photos to us free of charge. I am so happy to have those photos to document the memories.
