Kozy Restro Bar — Restaurant in Grand Falls

The restaurant is clean and the decor is nice. Plenty of seating. The staff is good. I was sitting at the bar (which was empty). When my food was coming she asked me to move to the high top tables since my food was coming. Weird. I’ve never had that request before. The chicken fingers were the pre-frozen kind. The sauces were a bbq or house. I got both and frankly couldn’t tell much of a difference between them. Ok not great. No honey mustard? I substituted a stuffed baked potato for the fries. The potato was good. We are litterally in the middle of one the best places for potatoes in all of North America. With that the potato was good but not great. I was very underwhelmed with the whole experience. Amazed this place has a 4.6 rating....

Stopped for dinner on our way thru Grand Falls. Once waitress discovered we could not speak French, she was not that interested in serving us. We waited a good half hour for her to take our order, while fraternizing with the local customers. We had the spaghetti, which was horrible..waitress could have mentioned it had some kick to it. The meal came with a good pound of potato slabs dripping with grease..disgusting! Shame on the waitress…she did not even bother to come back to ask how our meal was. Worst customer service and food we ever encountered on our trip..needless to say, she received no tip. I can see now why this business is for sale. Save your money folks, and try one of the other restaurants in...

Service was good, our waitress was extremely sweet. We ate on the “terrace” which is just a garage with tables in it. Food was very cheap for what you pay for- we got the nachos, chicken caesar salad and escargot. The salsa had mold in it, the sour cream was room temp, the chicken was obviously pre-frozen and microwaved, the mushrooms on the nachos (who does this?) were also canned. Escargot was inedible, no flavour just cheese melted with snails in it. The drinks were good, the tapped beer was clean tasting and not flat, we had a bloody caesar and sex on the beach which were made well. Would only return for beers only, the...
