Burger King — Restaurant in Grand Falls

Grand-Falls NB’s Burger King is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a take-out establishment and shouldn’t be in business. I don’t know how they stay open. Everyone from here knows not to eat there from bad customer service, dirty restaurant and there’s always an issue. To sum it up, for the past two years, here’s what I dealt with: no apple pies ever ready-they make you wait while they cook it, take out drive thru out of order, drive-thru cash out of order-can’t place two orders at once(totally ridiculous), out of ice cream, no bilingual staff, extremely bad customer service, can’t order ice cream 30 minutes before closing as they cleaned their machines, can’t provide you with receipt because their machine is broken, food ready in two minutes-obviously not freshly cooked and always has stale bread and finally today the last straw-went again because my daughter loves their milkshakes and they were out of mix for the milkshakes! Made a mobile order to eat in. I was in the restaurant when ordering. Had 3 customers in front of me so I knew I was going to wait. While the employee was serving the second customer she said that there was no onion rings for the mobile order, so i tried to get her attention but she just kept going and whent it the back. After everyone got there food I still waited about 10 min for the server to even acknowledge that I was there. When she finally came I told her I was the mobile order and told her I tried to get her attention concerning the onion rings. She Automatically started screaming at me that she was only one person and that it's not because I was a mobile order that I should pass in front of everyone else. Not once did I raise my voice but she turned around and started saying that I got mad and was being rude to other customers. The manager should look at the cameras. And do something about that employee because clearly she shouldn't be working...

I am writing to share my frustration in regard to the Burger King in Grand Falls New Brunswick on Sept 11 at 6:00 pm. There were four people in front of me when I arrived. 40 minutes later I still had not been served. At times there was no one taking orders. One young lady appeared to be rushed off her feet trying please people. There was a young male ( staff) pacing back-and-forth. He did absolutely nothing except look at the orders, but never served anybody. Most of the time he was scratching his head or moving his hair net around. ( a no no in the food service industry). Several people returned to the counter because their orders were incorrect. While there I saw staff throw two orders in the garbage. I have never witnessed such disorganization. I left out of pure frustration and went to Mc Donalds where I was served within 5 minutes. Several others also left. Not a...
