4 Season Restaurant — Restaurant in Grand Falls

Its one thing when a take out restaurant doesn't pack a fork to eat your meal with. Surely an oversight!

It's a completely different level of bad service when the manager/owner refuses to come to the front desk to recieve the suggestion that: if no fork is packed, the waiter could ask if the patron needs a fork before they drive 3 blocks to a park, unloading their dog and opening the bag only to find its impossible to eat rice without a utensil. Not only did the manager not want to come speak with me, she also insisted that I, as the customer, should know that there automatically is no fork included in my take out bag and it's my responsibility to ask for one. I will not be eating at this restaurant EVER AGAIN! I ordered a combo meal to go which involved breaded shrimp. I checked the shrimp to make sure they were clean by removing the bread off the shrimp and every single person in my family that ordered the breaded shrimp found out that there shrimp WAS NOT CLEANED.
