Awesome place for strolls after work on weekdays. Beautiful landscapes with tall old trees and nice trails which ends to the ocean ! Spring is ideal time for bird watchers and photographers!! When trees don’t have leaves, wildlife gets closer and visible. Great place for dogs. The park has areas where you can leave your dogs without leash. Birds, deers and squirrels here are fearless. They are used to humans. Try not feeding them. You might mess up with their diet. They get pretty close. There are plenty of benches, all across the park. Many picnic tables. You can find your favorite view and a bench. One or two biking trails. Great view of Atlantic Ocean. Some old bunkers which are now closed. One area gets converted to outdoor theatre during warm days. If you are new, don’t go there alone without charged phone, you might get lost. There are multiple entry points and parking spot. Lost and found at the main entrance. If you find lost dogs or cats, try to be helpful and call animal services. Most pets are micro chipped and easily get reunited. There is also facebook page, join the page if you wanna find community. Most people who come here are friendly and respectful. You might see a few faces on regular bases including mine ! Feel free to wave or say hi. And keep the place clean while having good times.

Very messy experience with this Indian restaurant i went and it’s very special day for us it’s the day of Karvachauth.we went at 9pm and the closing time of restaurant was 11pm we ask for garlic naan and chaanna we don’t a garlic naan and chaana we said we are okay with that so when se start ordering we ask them for noodles they don’t have noodles also so we getup and start going out than they said we can provide you the noodles than we ordered more cuisines.if I’ll write all experience in this it will be too long review. They 30-35 minutes to prepare the order and after that also their panir tikka was totally burnt i posted a photo and the butter naan are two crunchy we can make the powder of naan.so we packed our kadhayi panir and go for billing and complain about their food so they give me 10$ as a compensation and i total bill was 158$ so i denied of compensation And we compare with all Indian restaurants it’s too expensive other among all HRM RESTAURANTS Overall avoid this restaurant on specially

Nice stop when visiting Point Pleasant Park but not a must see thing when in Halifax. If you have spare time, this is a good place for a nice walk or for a run. You can also bring food and have a picnic or if you have a dog, this is a perfect friendly park to walk dogs. There is no restaurant or cafe inside the park so make sure to bring your own food and drinks if you plan to do a lot of walking. They have portalet washroom all over the park which is good for emergency use :) You can take a bus to go here, but you still have to walk about 15 minutes to get inside the park. The bus do not enter inside the park itself.
