Had our very first Bliss Bowls this morning at the Halifax location and it was amazing!! We both had the Ocean bowl; amazing flavour and the toppings are all really tasty. You can tell how fresh the ingredients are and how much work goes into them. Team was super friendly and welcoming, also patient as I had lots of questions! Next time would definitely try the Salted caramel bowl with cookie dough!!

Been talking about wanting to try a Bliss Bowl for over a month now and finally got to the Farmer's Market this past Saturday to try. I ordered the "Ocean Bowl" and it did not disappoint! Was delicious, healthy and so instaworthy!

Plant based smoothie bowls, they change them up sometimes so look them up before you go to the market

I love Bliss Bowl (the salted caramel should be permanently on the menu!!), but I wish that they would have a faster system of making bowls. For example, the past 4 times I've gone, it's been one girl working the stall, leading to extremely slow service. It often takes at least 20 minutes of standing around waiting for the bowl to be made. Even if 2 bowls of the same flavour were ordered, they blend them separately instead of doubling the recipe in a single blender. Then there is the ongoing cleaning of the equipment, and the actual prepping of the bowls which is very slow (fair enough, they want them to look pretty) but I think some steps could be streamlined when working with a small staff number to keep up with the demand and lineups. I won't dock them any stars for it, but there have been days where I have skipped their stall because I knew it would be a lengthy wait. Regardless, I look forward to...
