Great spot for a day out. Originally went for mini golf but they have great deals for all kinds of activities. We ended up doing mini golf and the batting cage for $18 ($18 for - “2 pack” which is two of their activities- mini golf, rock climbing, crazy cars, batting cage, and so much more). Can buy tickets at the front and is super quick to do. We waited only a few minutes. But you can buy tickets ahead of time. Is mainly for kids but I went with my boyfriend and had a great time. We spent hours there and there’s so much to do. Mini golf does get very busy so there is a bit of a wait, but since it is mostly kids it moves fairly quick. You get 18 holes and we finished in about an hour. The course also has a great atmosphere and theme. There’s informative plaques at each hole which are fun to read while you wait for the person ahead to finish. It also looks so cute and very clean and well kept. We also stopped for some food. We didn’t have high expectations as it is fried food at a park, but the food was amazing. For $9 we got their Mac and cheese bites which were delicious (I recommend) and their news potato rings. The food came out super quick and was very fresh. The staff is all amazing. Every one was very helpful and sweet and get things moving quick. Super great way to spend a day out or with the kids. Highly...
Read moreFirst off, I will say the batting cages are pretty good. They have a great selection of bats in case you don't have your own.The machine is also pretty consistent and various speeds and stuff to choose from. The balls are gravity fed so everyone in awhile they don't come down. When I had went there I had lost an expensive earing while taking my sweater off.Though it is not the employees fault (Mike was his name) I had went to him and told him I had lost a very expensive earing. He said nothing back and proceeded to sit in a chair while hitting on other employees there and joking around. This irritated me.I searched for about 10 minutes. After no luck I went back to him again and decided to mention it again in case he didn't hear me the first time.Well I got the same reaction yet again.I know when I was 18-19 I still would have showed some sort of compassion and help the customer. This kid still sat here without a care in the world. After me and my son were done at the cages I found the supervisor at the time.Another kid around the same age that did seem to show some care and took down my name and number. This guy Mike though ruined my experience and I won't be back.Seems like they are paying there young employees to sit around and screw...
Read moreA great Hamilton gem! Right near confederation park and wild waterworks, a fantastic place to stop in for some fun. Website is easy to navigate and there you’ll find all of their prices. It is wheelchair accessible but I don’t think any of the activities are. The bumper cars are fun, the rock climbing wall was a good challenge. Batting cages are great exercise and great for a fun group activity. The gemstone collection activity is fun. Only pour out a bit at a time or else it’ll go by way too fast. The stones you get a really cool! The prices for the activities or the unlimited play passes are super fair which is almost unheard of nowadays. Food wise the fries and chicken chucks are good. The funnel cake sticks taste classic and they have scoop ice cream. There’s lots of parking, some is shady spots and there’s good tree cover around so you’re not in the sun too long. I’d suggest a mix of bug spray and sunscreen. Give yourself about 4 hours to do a bit of everything and get some food! And I was lucky enough to meet “this guy” who I can only assume is the village mascot. A very well behaved little guy who has aged a bit since his display picture was taken, but he’s...
