Welcomed and greeted by professional and friendly staff. Food area was impeccably clean and disposable gloves were plentiful. Servers were kindly and prompt with clearing our dirty dishes and with refilling our water glasses. Staff sent over the robot to sing Happy Birthday to us and staff played the tambourine, and took pictures of birthday celebrants. Cupcakes with lit candles were served, and photographs were made into fridge magnets as keepsakes! Staff were polite and courteous, answering all our questions, for our table which had three generations at it. Food was stored on ice, or heated in chafing dishes. Salmon fillet was to die for and the most cherished menu item in our group of eight. California rolls were exquisitely handcrafted. Variety of textures and colors of foods were available. Buffet tables were spotless. Spicy mango salad was delicious and refreshing. Mango pudding and creme brulee were decadent. Seafood medley with cheese in a foil cup was stick to your ribs good! Did I mention the salmon was to die for, because it was! Kids, teens, adults, and the elderly all left the restaurant with full bellies and smiles. 😊 Seniors got a discount. Can't wait to return. Thank you to our hospitable servers!

I walked into this restaurant cold and wet from the rain. The atmosphere quickly warmed me up as the staff were so welcoming. The decorations of Canada Day and the 45th anniversary of the Mandarin had made this a unique experience. I have been to many Mandarins and I can say by far, this has been my favourite location yet. As mentioned before the staff are very welcoming. Their friendly nature pairs well with the ambiance of the music that plays. I felt genuinely relaxed and I felt ready to enjoy the food I was about to eat. Every single bite was a hot and delicious one. All their food was fresh and their utensils are clean. I must also mention that certain foods were presented that I have never seen before at any other locations. I have loved this experience and I can confidently rate this a 5 Star Experience.

I have always been a fan of Mandarin and it's many locations in Toronto reminding me of those amazing Las Vegas buffet you find in all 5 stars hotels and could not resist in checking this Hamilton location. This place is similar to all the other Mandarin restaurants with amazing food variety and although I am not a big eater, I always like trying all kind of sweets. The staff, just like at the other restaurants, varies from being nice to being simply abrupt, with limited English in the style I got used to encounter by now, because they were not educated here and simply came for a better paid job, with limited efforts. I always return for the food variety, trying to put behind me the bad human experiences: from food point of view they always get 5 stars.

The buffet at mandarin is a treasure trove of Asian delights, offering a diverse selection of dishes that cater to every taste preference. not just the exquisite food, but also the impeccable service and inviting ambiance. The staff members are attentive and gracious, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. I’m not a very big fan of Asian cuisine but I can still tell it was good. It’s good that they also have other Options like ribs, pizza, fries, soups and other chicken dishes. I will enjoyed there. I absolutely loved the desert section. The strawberry delight, cheesecakes, frozen yogurt, and custard tarts. With its tantalizing buffet and irresistible desserts, it's a culinary gem that promises to leave a lasting impression.

This Mandarin Restaurant made our family member’s birthday extra special this year! The food, service, and atmosphere showed you that this Mandarin restaurant location went above and beyond to make our family’s buffet experience amazing! Delicious, efficient, and offer lots of food options! Strongly recommend this awesome place! Special note: Mandy the bot sang a birthday song & our family got a family photo from this meal that they printed for us to keep as a memory(they ran out of the photo magnet so they printed the photo for me only. They say they will give me one next time when I go). Love the hot towels and warm frequent check in from the servers. Overall, a wonderful Buffett experience!

This is one of the best all-you-can-eat Canadian Chinese restaurant to experience. We came here for lunch and the buffet had quite a good selection to choose from. You're sure to find something to eat. There were numerous stations such as salad bar, sushi bar, dessert, soup and hot food like noodles, lemon chicken, stir fry, ribs, mussel and many more. They were quick to replenish any empty dishes and the service was great as well. I had forgot to mention that you can eat for free during your birthday week. You just need to sign up and attend with 3 other paying adults. That is a great treat!
