Me and my wife entered the pub quite excited. We were seated behind a corner and weren't served while seated there (20 minutes). We then decided to move to a corner that we were more visible and almost immediately we were served.
We then ordered our drinks and food items, since we had some time to think about them. Unfortunately the first 2 choices of drinks I had turned out to be depleted. My wife, however, loved her drink (a house white wine).
The food was pretty good. Apps git delivered way in advance of mains and ample time was given. All dishes were plated warm and ready to eat. Delicious!! Must try the beef au dip and fish tacos.
Overall a strange experience. Loved the food and environment. Disliked the service and service people.

Read moreI’ve been going to this location for a long time and just recently went yesterday which prompted me to write this review. I’m incredibly disappointed with the food we received.
I ordered the chicken wrap with fries, my hubs ordered the beef dip sandwich and we started with potato skins.
The whole menus price has gone up but like everything else, portion sizes and quality have gone down. So you’re now paying more for less.
Instead of two potatoes cut into 4 quarters, you get one cut into 8 for the skins.
They double breaded scraps of chicken breast for my chicken wrap. Honestly there was almost no chicken… it was just deep-fried breading. Like not even a full chicken finger. So i paid $20 for a tortilla, salad and deep fried breading?
My hubs got almost no meat in his sandwich either. It was maybe two thin slices of meat for the beef dip… the sandwich itself was just so tiny as well, at $20 a plate? The gravy also tasted burnt and was curdled, it wasn’t fresh at all.
I don’t know what’s happened here or who thought it was a good idea to run a business this way but we won’t be returning to this restaurant again. We understand price changes due to inflation but we don’t support the blatant theft of quality of food from the plate you’re paying more...
Read moreThe service was terrible. Alicia spent very little time with us for having very few tables. She didn't explain the menu at all or what was on special. Our apatizer came out and we managed to get one bite in, burn the tops of our mouths raw and blistered before our main entrees came over to us with whom I assume was the manager on duty. We had to move onto our entrees immediately because the Buffalo chicken dip was well over 100 degrees - as if it had been microwaved too long which also explains why it tasted so dried out and not really dippable. The steak pie was really good and cooked to the right temperature. Alicia came over once to ask how our food was and I told her how badly burned my mouth was. She did not apologise, the manager did not apologise, there was nothing done to try and make our experience better. We tried to eat the appetizer after our main but it was still too hot, so we had it packed up. It's crazy that one valentine's day dinner has ruined eating for me for the rest of the week because of all the ruined raw skin on the roof of my mouth. Will I ever go back? I don't think so, nor will I be able to say much beyond the crappy service and warning people to finger their food to make sure it's at a safe temperature before...
