I have been to this location many times before without any significant issue. The owner was always polite and friendly so today I was shocked to see how poorly he handled his customers. However, the service today was absolutely horrible! I understand that during the pandemic that this store has protocol in which must be adhered too but it was completely illogical on how he handled it. First of all, I walk with a cane and had a box in my other hand. There is a automatic door open button that has been out of service for well over 3 yrs. The owner told me he won't fix it. The door is also very heavy and I have difficulty opening it. Today's visit was a real treat. I had to wait almost 20 minutes outside of the store because he had a customer in first sending a package internationally that had many documents to be filled out. She was in there for over 20 minutes!!!! Since he only allows one person in the store at a time due to protocols, he made the other 4 customers with prepaid packages wait outside his store while we were all waiting for his painfully slow process. That customer should have been made to fill out their own paperwork on their own time. While they were doing that he could of scanned the prepaid packages of the other customers patiently waiting. He could have come to the door and scanned them. It could have been that easy. When it was my turn it took a sum total of 10 seconds. I had to wait 20 minutes for a simple 10 second task. And then he was very rude to anyone that spoke out about the unreasonable and inefficient wait times. Not even a "thank you for your patience...I am so sorry you had to wait so long". I just recently moved and don’t have a new ID just yet. I explained this to the man, and I did everything in my power to prove that the address on the box is where I sleep at night. He wouldn’t give me my package. I don’t care about protocols. You’re the manager. They aren’t going to fire you. That face on the ID ? It’s still me. It’s hard to recreate this ugly mug. That name ? The one I proved to you in many ways ? Still me. I even showed him the email on my phone, under my name, with all the info. There’s no way I can be some crazy lady getting someone else’s package. And after the amount of Time I had to stand there waiting, if I was someone trying to steal it, I’d have walked out because I’d be too tired to wait. But it is mine. Read moreTerrible customer service by the OWNER (Louie). I arrived with four boxes that needed to be returned to different places in North America.
Unfortunately, I do not get to choose the shipper when the return shipping is paid for by the seller.
Upon arriving I waited patiently, and when it was my turn the clerk asked me to come around the side of the counter and drop them off in a box on a trolley.
And then he told me I was good. I could leave.
I responded saying that I would like a receipt and he said you have all these tracking numbers in your email, you have them. You don't need a receipt.
So I asked do you not offer receipts?
Which he replied. Yes we do but I'm in the middle of something so you'll have to wait.
To which I responded that I would be happy to wait.
The most poignant part of this is whatever he was in the middle of took less than 60 seconds of a wait for me..... So why couldn't he just tell me that it would just be a moment and that he would provide me with a tracking receipt????
I can see why your Google reviews are so low.
That's incredibly shady service for a very well known international company.
I've been here several times with prepaid way bills and this guy is exceedingly rude. Every single visit and he's the owner.
