I came to print fews paper , five minutes later the owner come back with "black and white " of the copy , and give it to me. I polietly asked for colour he said okay but it was very poor quality, i also take a photo for passport he never say how much and at the end charge me $36.43 total include the poor quality paper the gave to me. Overcharged me and never game me a full receipt.. I went to the UPS on different locations on mountain to print another paperwork, but you know what, they Was told me that it would cost $16.99 for the passport photo, they even aslo tell me the price to photo copy plush do the passport photo totals around just "tewnty something"not $36.43 , i would go there instead of go the this one on Barton street. Terrible customer service. Scammer. I aslo took a picture of 3 copy, 2 from the UPS on the Barton street , one of them with the "clour" and another one from UPS on the mountain with the clour and you guys will see how different. Please dont go to the UPS on Barton street. I dont know why UPS is the big company but let this guy have the franchies of this company. Poor for UPS

If you are in a building the Drivers will not deliver the package even if there are multiple packages. They will put a sorry we missed you on the front Door take a picture and that's it. The Da*n Job is Done. the clients go and pick it by them selves. Today i was Expecting a package and i got a notice that a delivery attempt but no one at home. Guess what No one left i was at home the whole day. and the funny part is The Driver already added another 3 Sorry we missed you for another 3 clients. which proof that he just too lazy to do his job. I don't know if its the company policy or the drivers are too lazy to deliver. by the way that's common from UPS not the First Time

This is daylight robbery compared to other local shops. Louis didn't offer any clarity and the pricing structure feels predatory. To add insult to injury, the receipt promotes "huge promotional offers" while charging $3.25 just to process a file? Worst in town—avoid unless you enjoy paying 5x the reasonable rate for basic services. Never again. I can buy $40 printer scanner from Walmart. **PS**: Clean your "face bk" page typos while you’re at it. Unprofessional from top to bottom.

I have been to this location many times before without any significant issue. The owner was always polite and friendly so today I was shocked to see how poorly he handled his customers. However, the service today was absolutely horrible! I understand that during the pandemic that this store has protocol in which must be adhered too but it was completely illogical on how he handled it. First of all, I walk with a cane and had a box in my other hand. There is a automatic door open button that has been out of service for well over 3 yrs. The owner told me he won't fix it. The door is also very heavy and I have difficulty opening it. Today's visit was a real treat. I had to wait almost 20 minutes outside of the store because he had a customer in first sending a package internationally that had many documents to be filled out. She was in there for over 20 minutes!!!! Since he only allows one person in the store at a time due to protocols, he made the other 4 customers with prepaid packages wait outside his store while we were all waiting for his painfully slow process. That customer should have been made to fill out their own paperwork on their own time. While they were doing that he could of scanned the prepaid packages of the other customers patiently waiting. He could have come to the door and scanned them. It could have been that easy. When it was my turn it took a sum total of 10 seconds. I had to wait 20 minutes for a simple 10 second task. And then he was very rude to anyone that spoke out about the unreasonable and inefficient wait times. Not even a "thank you for your patience...I am so sorry you had to wait so long". I absolutely dread having to go to this location because of the difficulty I have entering the store but now I will make a point to drive up Hamilton mountain to a more...

Just as a starter...to the man whose name tag said manager...speak loud and clear. This place is terrible. First I’d really love to know why half of my order was delivered to me and the other half taken here. I’ve never had a problem before. Need me to sign for something ? Okay. Use your legs like I know you can, and knock on my door. Can’t do that? Fine I’ll drive to pick it up. But don’t give me problems when I come to get it. I just recently moved and don’t have a new ID just yet. I explained this to the man, and I did everything in my power to prove that the address on the box is where I sleep at night. He wouldn’t give me my package. I don’t care about protocols. You’re the manager. They aren’t going to fire you. That face on the ID ? It’s still me. It’s hard to recreate this ugly mug. That name ? The one I proved to you in many ways ? Still me. I even showed him the email on my phone, under my name, with all the info. There’s no way I can be some crazy lady getting someone else’s package. And after the amount of Time I had to stand there waiting, if I was someone trying to steal it, I’d have walked out because I’d be too tired to wait. But it is mine. Tells me not to get impatient with him. Well if this was delivered to my home like it was supposed to be, I wouldn’t have this problem. If he thinks I wanted to drive to this stupid place to get it, he’s sadly mistaken. I had so much info that no one else would know and yet, he just had to be difficult. If I could snap my fingers and get a new license to pop up in thin air with my current address I’d have done that. Also what if the address on the box was my shipping address? Would he still not have given it to me? If ordering online means I might get stuck with UPS as a carrier, I’d rather go on a mission to find what I need in store because UPS is...

Terrible customer service by the OWNER (Louie). I arrived with four boxes that needed to be returned to different places in North America.

Unfortunately, I do not get to choose the shipper when the return shipping is paid for by the seller.

Upon arriving I waited patiently, and when it was my turn the clerk asked me to come around the side of the counter and drop them off in a box on a trolley.

And then he told me I was good. I could leave.

I responded saying that I would like a receipt and he said you have all these tracking numbers in your email, you have them. You don't need a receipt.

So I asked do you not offer receipts?

Which he replied. Yes we do but I'm in the middle of something so you'll have to wait.

To which I responded that I would be happy to wait.

The most poignant part of this is whatever he was in the middle of took less than 60 seconds of a wait for me..... So why couldn't he just tell me that it would just be a moment and that he would provide me with a tracking receipt????

I can see why your Google reviews are so low.

That's incredibly shady service for a very well known international company.

I've been here several times with prepaid way bills and this guy is exceedingly rude. Every single visit and he's the owner.
