LAVA PIZZA AND WINGS STONEY CREEK — Restaurant in Hamilton

Do not order from this location.

Use a delivery service or pay the delivery fee & order from the Barton location. The Barton location is great, this location is terrible.

We ordered 60 chicken wings, a medium pizza. medium sweet potato fries, & large onion rings. $80 all told.

We were told 45-50 minutes for our food to arrive. It took an hour & 45 minutes for a bunch of cold sub-par food to show up.

The wings were super tiny, & very little sauce on the wings, less than what I'd call normal, especially compared to lava on Barton, & we even asked for extra sauce.

Very stingy with the toppings on the pizza, again, not what we expect being used to the Barton location, & it was stone cold.

Onion rings were cold & soggy. Sweet potato fries were super limp & cold, felt like they came out of the fridge.

I can appreciate it was busy, given the day, but that's no excuse for cold food. I'd of rather been warned it would be 2 hrs to show up, if it showed up hot & in the timeframe stated we'd of been happily eating & watching a movie now, instead of writing reviews & heating up cold expensive food in the oven.

So we have ordered from this place multiple times usually there combo with the 2 large pizza 25 wings excellent price and is usually AMAZING. But this time we ordered only wings not breaded , Honey hot , extra saucy (this is how we usually order them and they're usually delicious sweet with a little heat). This time the wings were Wayyyyy too hot. Like immediately causing you to cough. Called the store because obviously paid for the wings that are inedible, the im assuming manager who we were transferred to said he could only give us honey garlic sauce to add to the wings. After saying we could not eat the wings he offered to replace us with only 20.

Anyone else see the problem with this scenario, I'm not scamming you I seriously can't eat these wings and either can my husband. I will give you the wings back you made a mistake fix it by giving me...

Very Disappointed – Will Never Order Again

I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Lava Pizza. Previously, they messed up my order and assured me that I’d receive a free pizza on my next visit as compensation. Based on that promise, I gave them another chance.

But this time when I reached out, they completely denied making any such offer and acted like I was lying. There was no accountability or professionalism from their staff. Instead of fixing their past mistake, they made the experience even worse.

I feel completely misled and disrespected as a customer. If this is how they treat loyal customers after making a mistake, I strongly recommend that no one waste their money or time here.

Avoid Lava Pizza – there are many better options out there that actually care about...
