I was rather disappointed in the service today. I went to insert a bill into a slot machine, but it would not accept the money. I put the service light on and waited a couple minutes. I then played the machine to the left of the disabled one, while waiting for an attendant to show up. After a bit, I seen a chance's employee and waved at him. When he was within ear shot, I told him that the machine wasn't allowing any money in it. He said he didn't work on them but he would pass the message along. I thanked him as he left. I waited another 5 to 10 minutes. Now I am getting quite upset so I walk over to the desk at the rear entrance and ask if I am correct in assuming that when someone pushes the service button, it alerts someone that that specific machine needs to be serviced. I was told yes. I then said that I had been waiting for at least 15 minutes. One of the fellows said that there was only one technician on today and all the other employee looking people were trainees. So I huffed and went back to the game. After a few more minutes, possibly 5, I saw 3 people that looked like employees so I called who looked to be the trainer over and asked for help. First he said he would send someone. Then he asked what the machine wad doing. After I told him the problem he decided to fix it himself. I thanked him very much. That was a big waste of my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMachines are way too tight. They are technically not a casino which for some reason they can advertise as?... and it shows even with their over priced renovations. Cage staff are good. Head management didn't give me any of their time while inquiring about an issue with their swipe machine the gentleman said he was late for lunch.... ok then thanks for caring about your customers. I did talk to an employee in their cash cage about it and the employee was bashing head management which I don't blame him. Which for that reason made this review a one star. Food was typical for a low on the food chain gaming center. Undercooked chicken wings and watered down drinks are always classy. Don't like how the bingo section and slots aren't separated by a glass wall any more have to listen to a caller repeat number to the elderly. Over all this gaming center is not really worth the time and money going in, looks good on the outside which should be called in for false advertising....., food gave me the trots, head management has horrible customer service, machines don't pay. In my opinion not worth the money expanding or venturing to the Northshore for. Can't fix something that's trashed unfortunately. On the upside security aren't pervs so that's their one thing they have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI feel like I was cheated in that restaurant. I went there hungry and tired after a hard day's work. The waitress suggested the dish of the day. It was presented on a stand, but I could not read it from such a distance. I just accepted the order. After a long wait, they brought me a plate of pasta and ribs covered in some kind of sauce. After the first two bites, it became clear that this sauce was unbearably hot and this food was absolutely impossible to eat. The waiter didn't bother to think about the fact that some people can't eat spicy food. I ate only two spoonfuls and just set the plate aside and continued to drink my beer, feverishly trying to stifle my fiery mouth. The waiter came back to ask how I was doing. I said that this was very spicy food, unacceptable for me. She then offered to bring me another beer, which meant another 15 minutes of waiting. All in all, I was left hungry, had gulped down unnecessary beer, and was even robbed for this rustic service. To add insult to injury, it turns out that this dish costs $36! Imagine $36 + tip! Horrible...
