I tried this Tim Hortons when it first opened for a few months but I could not handle the constant wrong orders, slow processing drive-thrus, rudeness from the staff, and them asking for “cash or card” as I’m holding my card out my window to pay and they don’t even look before asking... what’s the point to them stating to get your payment ready at the window if you’re going to ask again without looking to see I’m providing my payment. Majority of the time I would order and it doesn’t show up on the screen so I can’t confirm that the order is correct so we have to shout at each other to confirm the order verbally as there’s a busy street next to the intercoms. There’s been too many times I’ve had to wait by the front doors in my vehicle for my food and they would forget to bring me my order so I would have to go inside and get it when I specially just wanted to go through the drive-thru because I was looking like a couch goblin LOL also have to be diligent and take a sip of my coffee to make sure it wasn’t the wrong order, checking the lid to see if it has the right order marked on it (if they decide to do that) and checking if the coffee is hot enough. Getting the wrong coffee (got some kind of vanilla tasting this and I don’t do sugar) and this has happened as recent as Saturday. Things need to change because I should not have to leave extra extra early to go to work and double checking the orders just because this franchise can’t give me a simple order. I used to go to the Tim Hortons on the Halston on my commute to work and they are so efficient and friendly and never had a wrong order, this was until the red bridge burned down; now the only convenient Tim Hortons is the one on Windsor and it seems like they lack leadership skills, communication, team work, making sure the coffees are fresh and hot, and that supplies don’t run out. I have given up on ordering food because they were out quite a bit of the time. If you go to this Tim Hortons I recommend taking the time to check what you received before...
Read moreI had by far the worst customer experience I've ever had here.
I'm generally a very patient person. I can put up with long wait times, I can put up with the rushed nature of the timhortons, I can put up with impatience. I get it. I used to work food service too and I understand it can be stressful.
On multiple occasions I have ordered food or drink from here and in changing my mind they would tell me, in annoyance, that it's already been made despite me not finishing the order. It's the only Tim's between westsyde and northshore and they're trying to jump ahead to reduce wait times, I get it. I don't like it but I get it.
However, in my last visit, I ordered a large iced coffee and It came up on the screen as a vanilla iced coffee. When I noticed, I politely told them that I did not want a vanilla iced coffee. He said he already made it. I told him it wasn't what I ordered, and he proceeded to argue with me saying It was and he will not remake it for me. I don't even like flavour shots in my iced coffee. I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't want/wasn't going to drink. He then guilted me, saying I was "wasting it". I stood my ground, and the iced coffee I originally ordered was made. Went to the window, they were visibly annoyed at me, handed me my drink and sent me on my way.
Coffee was bitter.
Used to go there everyday, I haven't been there since. Can't see myself going there again. 0/10 wouldn't...
Read moreTim Hortons' Ice Cappuccino, commonly known as the "Ice Cap," is an absolute delight that never fails to satisfy my caffeine cravings. This chilled coffee beverage is a true summer companion, but I enjoy it year-round. Its allure lies in its perfect blend of rich coffee and icy indulgence.
The Ice Cap is a harmonious blend of velvety coffee and sweet creaminess, creating a symphony of flavors that dance on the palate. The crushed ice lends a refreshing, frosty texture that invigorates with each sip. What sets it apart is the balance; it's neither overly sweet nor overwhelmingly bitter. The hint of coffee bitterness beautifully complements the creamy sweetness.
On my recent visit to Tim Hortons, I was fortunate to have my coffee crafted by the skilled barista, Jeet Singh. His attention to detail and passion for coffee shone through in every sip. The coffee was brewed to perfection, and the cream was impeccably mixed, resulting in a flawless Ice Cap that left me craving for more. Jeet's dedication to his craft truly elevated my coffee experience.
In conclusion, Tim Hortons' Ice Cap is a luscious indulgence that blends coffee and cream in perfect harmony. And when served by a talented barista like Jeet Singh, it becomes an extraordinary treat that keeps me coming back for more. Cheers to Tim Hortons for this delicious creation and to Jeet Singh for his exceptional...
