Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Kamloops

I called to place my order. The young man at the store did not understand my request for a regular crust and a thin crust. He gave me a new number to call that put me through to a call center. I called and was told to pick up my pizza in twenty minutes. Once at the store, right on twenty minutes, I waited another twelve minutes. To make things worse there was a major delivery taking place. Two men and a large pallet of flour. When my pizza came through the young man running the front counter and til, turned and boxed my pizza. As an after thought he re opened it and butter basted it and sprinkled spice on top. He stared to touch the pizza with his fingers as it slid in the box. I called to him don't touch it. Upon recommendation, ordered from here at Xmas for my work. Pls. Keep in mind I have had my share of pizza from many different places. I was not overly impressed. Sauce tasted like it came from a jar of straight up tomato sauce, no spices added. Crust was chewy like card board. Toppings were sparce. Driver could not find where to deliver to so we had to flag him down in our parking lot. Once food arrived, tops on carton of chicken tenders were loose and one carton dropped to the floor and spilled out because of the ill fitting lid (not drivers fault) but driver proceeded to pick them up with his hands, had to throw them out. With the one carton left, it was obvious frozen tenders they make, not pallettable at all. Food was warm at best. Overall not a good experience, too bad. Will not be trying this...

I thought I would give the new place in town a try, won't do that again!! Ordered online at 6:47PM, got a call from them at 7:21PM asking for my address, which was given in the ordering process. Driver showed up at 7:44PM. I kindly asked about the store policy of "50 minutes or free", I was told the store policy didn't come into effect until a month or so. When I said the store policy should start when the store opens, I was then told they don't have any delivery drivers, so now Im just getting the run around. The pizza was barely warm and one of them was missing pepperoni, but did come with two pieces of pineapple that wasn't asked for! Lessons learned!! Waste...
