Roadside photo op. Pretty good condition with some graphitti and sun fading. Nicely landscaped area with benches, shade, a lookout point to the harbour/lake. You could picnic there but it’s not a lot of space /privacy. Parking is across the road and there’s an underpass you can take. The parking area is directly across from the statue and also has picnic benches and a small playground for children along with bathrooms. There’s a little tug about there too with an interesting story and looks kind of cool. Anybody who rates this below five stars must have some delusional expectations of what a free small town...

It resides in a lovely park/garden that overlooks the lake. Huskies home turf is a comfortable place to relax in the shadow of a giant muskie. We did not stay long at the park, but we certainly could have. The landscaping on the mid-July was absolutely stunning. It's beautifully landscaped from front to back.
