I've been a huge supporter of them for yrs great people, friendly and know their stuff... I haven't been so much lately , I'm unable to get screen protector for my new phone ( they said it was built in and you can see my password smeared on the screen now) and both myself and my family members cord doesn't work anymore ( I can't use the cord from any of my old phones as they change the end and it doesn't fit) and nothing in stock , when I purchased my new phone (that I'm paying for for 2yrs) they had no protective case for it in stock and when I finally got it I dropped my phone ( on a hardwood floor, the phone wasn't even month old and it didn't protect it, it shattered the bottom part of it Still paying for the phone for another year ... sorry...

Josh was amazing as always... answered questions truthfully based on understanding my prior use and history of my phone, provided the specific information that I asked for without hesitation, and most importantly explained in an easy to understand way the differences (and benefits!) of the new plan structures! As always, he made changing to a new phone stress free! Christine was a hoot to chat with and we talked about a ton of things while I was waiting! I have to admit that I did enjoy the fact that there weren't a ton of other customers in the store. I truly felt that the attention was personal and efficient!...

Huge thank you to Josh at Donny B for rescuing us! To provide better communication with our customers, we have a phone that we just use for texting. Well, the phone decided that it wanted to retire! Josh was 1000% helpful by phone, but when I realized I was out of my league..... I called him back, arranged an appointment (he offered same day!) for the next morning.
