Most racist cafe I have ever been to, this woman in the picture is most dis mannered customer service I have seen. She was nice to nice white people only. And others treat like nothing. I went there with my family, and she made sure it was the worst experience. You can see my reviews history. I have never given any bad google review so far, but their customer service was so bad that I can't resist. Then she side-eyes you with weird looks so that you leave their cafe. I don't why would any one do that, I asked her, "Hi, how are you?" With a smile and she is like , "what do you like?" ignoring my greetings With straight Karen type of face. NO hi NO thank you NO nothing. They also didn't prepare the coffee good at all. We had to throw it all afterwards we couldn't finish it at all. I am a multiple business owner now but I also started in customer service in Canada a decade ago, I know how important it is to treat customers woth equality, respect especially when they are with their family to have some good memories with the family at a cafe. Before going to a dinner on a cruise. I humbly request anyone reading this review to never visit this cafe, especially if you are a...

Stopped for a Coffee Americano, black. A deep rich dark coffee just what I needed to warm up with in a chilly day. The baked goods here are fantastic, however I wisely decided to watch my waistline. The staff are courteous, friendly and very efficient. It was empty when I dropped by but had been busy just before and was filling up again after I arrived. You can stay and enjoy your purchase at a comfortable chair and table, or do takeout. A raised balcony is also a option for seating, with fairly steep stairs for access. There are clean washrooms for customers well. Parking is street only. Regretfully the shop isn't accessible due to there being several steps up into...

Did you need/want a beverage with a gorgeous view of the bay, so you can watch the boats come and go? And home made baked goods? And great, artistic ambiance? And super-friendly staff? And espresso with the crema so pronounced and tasty you can hear the sound of Italian barista's jaws dropping, all the way from Italy?

If the answer to all those questions is 'yes' - you should probably go here. If the answer to any of those questions is 'no' then you need to check your priorities, and then go here anyway.

Well worth the stop if you're passing through - just pull into the government docks - its in the converted house...

I love the feel of this little spot. It feels welcoming and warm, somehow avoiding the pretentious feel of other similar shops in other cities. Plants abound and thoughtful decor and opportunity to buy some local gifts (their branded clothes, local art, coffee). Also, I drink a lot of coffee and drink good coffee black- and I really enjoyed my piping hot Americano, to the last drop. I took these photos just before they closed and I headed out (no pressure to leave before 5). There tends to be at least a few others when I drop in. Thank you!

What an awesome coffee / gift / art place ! We went there while we were vacationing in Sioux Narrows and I can tell you, it's the place to go for a coffee / snack and maybe a nice handmade gift . Coffee and muffins were very tasty and the coffee / drinks selection is huge. The staff was very friendly and polite. You can enjoy your coffee on the patio on the dock, in the herd next to the cafe or in the nicely decorated and cozy shop inside (with a nice view of the lake). We will definitely go back when in the area.
