A Historic Beacon with Scenic Views! Visited the Kincardine Lighthouse and Museum and was thoroughly charmed by its historic appeal. The climb to the top rewards with panoramic views of the harbour. The museum is small but packed with interesting local history. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Only wished there were more interactive exhibits. Nonetheless, a great spot for photography and learning about Kincardine's maritime past. Would recommend a visit!

It is well worth visiting, i recommend using the guides, it is only $5.00 per person, easy to climb, you are not climbing all at once, floor by floor ,it does demand special attention, when you are coming down.my wife and I ,are 77 years old and we want right to the top, just take the information from your guide when you come down

This is the first lighthouse that I've been able to climb to the top. The last set of stairs are just like climbing up a ladder. A great view of the marina and lake. The tour guide was informative with historical stories, tales of former residents and answered all of our questions. A quick pitstop while walking around the town.
