Terrible food, Terrible service. Drinks stolen as soon as a few sips were taken in order to increase amount purchased. Moved to plastic cups at 9pm where the same prices were charged for half the size of cup (we measured and they were changed as soon as a complaint was made). Cell phone accidentally collected with linen napkins, management offered no help, mother of the bride had to go look herself (because that's what every mother dreams of at her daughters wedding and they have SO much time). Waitresses looked about 14 and acted as such, scowling and rolling their eyes. Not much more could be expected though, given that the manager was the most unpleasant of all. This was not some crazy wedding with a hundred drunk people falling over and dancing wildly, it was pretty low-key actually. Guests were over-charged for drinks as the price magically went up at one point and the reason given was a that "tax is expensive". Thoroughly disgusting. I will never recommend this establishment for anything but perhaps what it was intended - skiing and tubing. Weddings are NOT...

The check in process was horrible. We had tickets bought for 1100 hrs for a 90 mins session, however, we didn't get to check in until 1140 hrs. There was a massive line up with one person working at the counter and everyone was asking about the waiver. For online tickets, the process should make the waiver mandatory before checkout. This would avoid massive confusion for waivers being signed and validated.
Since our tickets were for 1100 hrs, our tickets indicated an expiry time of 1230 hrs. This means we only had less than an hour of tubing instead of 90 mins! Huge miss from Chicopee tube park.
Tubing has many lanes, but the first two are very slow and about midway you slow down! Only the last 2 lanes are quite fast. You're bound to have all the fun but the check-in process, waiver and time lost from waiting for a customer service rep are the only reasons why I would...

There is a magic carpet to get you to the top, but you'll likely need to wait for it. If you're up for a bit of effort, walking is much faster. Still, even if you walk, if it's busy, there will be a wait up at the top.
My family went on a Monday evening and it wasn't too bad, and we were able to get about 8 or 9 runs down in about an hour and a half. My neighbour went during a weekend another time and they only got 2 or 3 runs in over the course of 2+ hours.
There is a café on site where you can buy hot chocolate and some snacks, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, so that's a nice option to warm up if it's especially cold out.
I wouldn't recommend going during peak hours, but on the quieter evenings, it's definitely worth...
