If you’re lucky enough to be served by Allison, consider your night officially upgraded.
Allison isn’t just a bartender—she’s the gold standard for hospitality. From the moment you sit down, you feel like you’ve walked into a place that knows you, even if it’s your first time. Her smile? Genuine. Her timing? Impeccable. Her ability to remember drink orders, personal preferences, and still crack a joke that makes the whole bar laugh? That’s wizard-level stuff.
She’s not just pouring drinks—she’s curating an experience. The cocktails? Balanced to perfection. Her recommendations? Always on point. And the vibe she creates? Equal parts cozy and electric. Whether you’re a regular or just passing through, Allison makes you feel seen, welcome, and part of something special.
Allison is not just a bartender—she is the heartbeat of the bar, the warm glow in the room, and the reason people stay for “just one more.”
From the second you sit down, something feels different. It’s not the lighting, not the music, not even the carefully curated drink menu—it’s Allison. There’s an energy she brings that turns a regular night out into something you’ll be telling your friends about for weeks. She greets you with a smile that’s not rehearsed, not routine—it’s real. You feel like a friend, not just a customer. Somehow, she makes you feel like you belong.
Allison doesn’t just mix drinks—she orchestrates experiences. Her knowledge of spirits, flavor profiles, and perfect pairings would rival any top-tier sommelier or cocktail chemist, yet she delivers it all with humility and ease. She doesn’t show off, she just shows up—and does so with grace, charisma, and a kind of confidence that can’t be taught.
What really sets her apart, though, is her intuition. She somehow knows what you need before you do. Celebrating something? She’s got the perfect drink and toast. Had a rough day? She’ll lend a listening ear and pour a bourbon that feels like a hug. She reads the room like a seasoned storyteller—pacing, timing, and tone always pitch-perfect. She can hold court with a crowd of regulars, charm a table of newcomers, and keep a dozen orders spinning behind the bar without ever losing her calm.
Allison’s presence has this rare magic: she makes every single person feel like they’re the most important person in the room. And yet—she’s never showy, never over-the-top. Just effortlessly cool, warm, sharp-witted, and in control. You could walk into the bar in the worst mood and walk out feeling like the world isn’t such a bad place after all, and that shift? That’s Allison.
In an industry where it’s easy to get lost in the noise, Allison is the signal. A true professional. A gracious host. A mixologist, conversationalist, and quietly brilliant performer all in one. She doesn’t just raise the bar—she is the bar.
So if you ever have the privilege of sitting at a bar with Allison behind it, do yourself a favor: stay a little longer, tip a little extra, and know you’ve just experienced the absolute best of what this world has to offer.
Cheers to Allison—may your nights be many and your shifts be short, but your legend...
Read moreWe went to celebrate our anniversary and did not want anything fancy but the drinks in the menu made us decide for this place. Service was q bit slow. Drinks took quite a while but they were great! I was craving lemondrop martini for some time. The taste was amazing, well done. It just missed the lemon and sugar rim. The mint mojito was a true one!! The sangria also good. The bartender took the time to come and talk to us and ask for our feedback. Told him about the missing rim but how good it was anyway. Very nice and polite! We ordered chicken roulade and carbonara!! The chicken roulade was absolutely off the charts!! Loved every piece and comes w some veggies and yummy mashed potatoes. Carbonara was ok but hubby is very picky with that dish. Next try would go for something else. I had first ordered the chicken skewers but the server came back to advise they were very hot and it was thr way the dish is served so, no changes. It was ok but we all thought perhaps add that to the menu would have been helpful. Our server looked very new and not familiar with the menu but we have all started a new job and learned at our own pace. All good there!! We got asked our feedback a couple of times and that's a good thing for sure. No tip allowed!! This is a free tip restaurant and we were sooo impressed about this! We did try tipping and the bartender explained to us why they could not accept it. Kudos to the owner for this initiative and for hiring such awesome staff!! I have already told all my friends about this place and we for sure are coming back. We also want to try the Indian resto soon. Passing by just by looking at the plates and they...
Read moreWe visited the 3 idiots bar and grill last evening. I had heard so many great things about it a while back. We were seated in a booth. Very nice atmosphere. When we went to order many of the items requested were not available. Our sweet waitress responded with “ we are out of that” Sorry we are redoing the menu. The manager I am assuming came up to the table and mentioned if we wanted to wait until 6 we could enjoy Indian food in the other side. It was 540. We said no that’s ok we will order Indian from this menu if desired. I ordered the ribs with apple butter bbque sauce. Well let me tell you/ they were as tough as nails and the so called bbque sauce looked like puréed squash. Slopped on top. No bbque to be seen. I sent them back stating there was no way I could eat these. I decided to go with butter chicken as my friends did. That did not disappoint. I also want charged for the meal. That was great customer service. My friend asked for a coffee. The waitress stated / ok milk and sugar? My friend replied “no black” Waitress - oh sorry we only have coffee with milk and sugar. Out of a machine. We do not have regular coffee. We ordered appetizers which came at the same time as the meal. I asked if this was under new ownership as when I saw it advertised awhile back there was no alternative menu options. Yes the waitress said new owners. I am hoping the reason for so little available on the regular menu ,and them stating they are redoing the menu ,it will be become an Indian menu only. Would I go back? Probably not. I must say the waitress we had worked hard and was...
