Natural Sound — Attraction in Kitchener

I didn't know much about car audio but decided to go with natural sound for a system. Some people warned me their car audio dept wasn't great but I didn't listen because I thought these guys knew their stuff when it comes to audio.

I spent 5k on a sytem and it was the most dissapointing audio experience I have ever had in my life.

DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU

Long story short i got totally taken advantage of, -sold used parts as new, -had car panels damaged during install (they claimed no responsibility) -they blew my door speakers (and my ear drums) demoing the system to me the first time -They claimed the flapping woofer noise was "resonate frequency of my car"and wouldn't even look at the speakers. After over a year I finally snapped and demanded they look into it because my car sounded horrible and I spent 5k for this system. -They warrantied the speakers and got them replaced. Not even a week after my 1700 dollar amp died. When I tried to get the manufacturer to fix it under Warrantly I found out it was already 5 years old and used....

I guess the sales associate and installer (same guy) had done this to a bunch of people so they fired him shortly after my system was done. Even after everyhing I had been through they wouldn't admit they did anything wrong and continued to try and sell me more equiptment claiming it would improve my sound quality. Unreal..

I went down to a cheap car audio place a couple weeks later and in 30 min the kid there re configured everything and swapped my amp out for a cheap 300 dollar one. The sound quality was so good I actually teared up and hugged it. I was so happy.

How a high end pace liek natural sound could do this to someone, aspecially a young kid is beyond me. For shame.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE that has a good reputation with car audio.

UPDATE I just took the front door panels off my car for the first time and this is what I see. A 5 thousand dollar car audio install and the adapter plates that were installed were these shotty jimmy rigged what looks to be mdf cutouts. Are you serious? This is the quality we should expect from natural sound? I think you guys were the perfect people to deny something like this happeneing because your reputation is so high no one would ever believe such low quality work came from your shop. But it did and you through me under the bus when I complained about it.

By the way, the guy who SOLD me the system and DID the installs name was Ben. The guy you fired shortly after for screwing up so many jobs. He's an asian guy about 5ish feet tall with a speach impediment that causes him to stutter. Im not trying to be rude but he'll be easyier to identify now. Your Current installer of 12 years was likely the guy that tried (minimally) to clean up bens mess after but I dont thing he wanted anything to do with this Frankenstein install so i dont blame him for not speaking up and redoing the system. I have been really busy recently but i am free now and would happily give you a call for the 30th time to see if you'll finally do something about this horrible instal that I absolutely did not deserve on my first darn vehicle ive ever owned and first system...

I do not believe this business is honest or ethical. I am a very electrically inclined person and feel this business and its service department are extremely unexperienced and dishonest. I recently brought an amplifier in for service that was not working. After three weeks the service department called saying they could not fix the amp because it was to difficult to trace the components that had failed on the unit. The service tech also stated that he already spent a lot of money on parts to try and repair the unit and just was unable to repair the unit, He then asked for 30 dollars for his efforts which I paid. I took the unit home and decided to investigate the problem myself. I found the parts the service tech replaced based on the solder joints on the amp. I then sourced the parts the tech replaced and found the parts were a total of 2 dollars to purchase. As well as being deceived about price I found locations of the amp that were damaged and again I traced cost on the defective parts, the defective parts were again just a few dollars to purchase. the manager called apologized he could not help with the repair and tried selling me an new amplifier. In a nutshell I do not recommend this establishment for service or sales. I found the experience did nothing to help but take my money and try and take more from me with trying to sell me something when in fact the amp could have been repaired for minimal cost. I do not feel Natural Sound and its employees are ethical at all. Take your business elsewhere Buyer Beware!!! I was interested to purchase the 2020 Samsung QLED 7 series so I reached out to Natural Sound which was very responsive in bringing it and deliver as a special order. During the COVID19 times their service was impeccable. I have it for a week now and so far it proves himself. Be sure you anchor it from the back as the TV is bloody heavy and tends to tilt forward. The 4K up-scaling is working very nice and you can see a difference. I stream from IPTV a variety of sources and the image comes nice and crisp. The 4K content from Netflix is mind blowing and there is plenty to choose from. I got few Blue rays from an LG UBK90 player and it comes sharp and clean, The room where the TV is has sun light until noon then less after 2 pm. to become slightly darker in the evening. The image adapts very nice so the dual layer screen they added in 2020 works.The TV adjust brightness and contrast in a very good way with no natural light too. The UI is very neat ,easy to use and well put. Google assistant with Smarthings work like a charm , projection from laptop also flawless. If you are not a gamer or money is an issue this is the best compromise between 6 and 8 series which I am not sure if justified another 25% on top.
