This was our second time visiting S Cape in Centropolis, and once again, it was an absolute blast! We had such a great experience the first time that we couldn't wait to come back—and they did not disappoint. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. From the moment we arrived, they made sure we felt comfortable, excited, and ready to dive into the experience. The game master gave just the right amount of hints—helpful without giving anything away. This time, we tackled a different room, and it was just as immersive and cleverly designed as our first visit. The puzzles are challenging but fair, and everything from the storyline to the set design is top-notch. You can tell they put a lot of thought into every detail. What we really appreciate about S Cape is how well-maintained and creative each room is. Even on our second visit, it felt fresh and exciting—and now we’re already planning our next one! I went a few days ago and honestly it was fun. The mysteries and clues to figure out were all different from one another and kept the game interesting. What I did not enjoy was that the game can't be finished without using the hints in the appropriate time. Hints should be there to help you if needed but not a necessity.

However, this is a very minor thing. I came to write this review to describe the passion that the owner had. You can show how much he loves and cares for his business and his customers and that means a lot. He invests time and effort in it with a huge smile on his face. Even if we didn't solve the mystery, he enthusiasm and excitement made us feel like we were special and that we were the first people to ever try it.

That is what I call good customer experience and that makes the overall experience much better. Can't wait for the next escape...
