This is the absolute worst service we've ever had.
Went as a party of four, at the time of the reservation, they asked us to come earlier because they had a group at 8, we kindly agreed.
Showed up at 5:30 and we received our plates at 7:15, with a kind apology from our waitress about the length it took.
When we finished our meals, and TRIED to order desert, we were told we had been warned and should now be leaving.
We politely reminded them we waited until 7:15 to get our plates that it was not our problem if they were late (everyone was very polite, namely us and the server) but we asked to speak to a manager, after all, we are just trying to eat desert...
An insolent young man, namely Stephane Gaston, put both hands on our tables and arrogantly told us "we'd take our desert to go"...
...and this is where all hell broke loose...
We said NO, we'd had our meals late and would now have our desserts at the very same table, thank you very much!
Mr Gaston, in all his great attitude told us "if we did't rush out he'd call the police"
Mind you, my father who's a very kind man, at this point he was putting his coat on to leave, so we sat him right back don't, telling the pretentious young man to go ahead and call the police to have clients wanting a desert throw out (let's slow clap here, he really deserves it)
Stephane Gaston angrily told my brother that he was disrespecting a manager, (at this we had to laugh out loud, 3 out of 4 people at our tables OWN companies) we realised his manager title must mean a lot to him, but we couldn't help but laugh while asking to talk to the owner (who was not there that night)
Because we laughed, under his breath, Stephane Gaston told my brother that he could go outside right away to fix this matter with him and was hoping to "meet him" somewhere else very soon.
He must have repeated this AT LEAST 8 times.
Another manager had to step in because Stephane Gaston was obviously too aggressive, she gave us his name so we could complain and also offered us 15% off wich clearly is not enough for us to EVER set foot in this restaurant EVER again.
Is this the kind of attitude clients are expected to receive from a "manager" when they want to have desert from your restaurant???
Bravo to Stephane Gaston! This is everything a "manager" should be! Not only will we never go to ZIBO again, but if we hear he works at another restaurant, we will also boycott that restaurant. He should not be allowed to work...

After ordering for a couple hundred of dollars worth of food and alcohol we get bothered by police man that are asking for our ID for no valuable reason. At no time has the manager taken action to calm or control the situation. The manager then proceeded by giving me a bill including food that we've never received to our table due to the situation that was happening. Her attitude was unprofessional, far from being understanding and really seemed to not care about the customer experience.
Once we were done with the police man, she came at us with excuses, a condescending attitude and started arguing with us instead of offering ANYTHING to make up for the catastrophic experience we've been having so far at Zibo Laval under her watch.
The police is not something she could control but the entire customer service following the incident was 100% in her hands and she simply made it worst. No apologies, no questions. We litteraly had to explain to her how she should behave with customers after this kind of situation and no surprise she just kept on giving us attitude. We litteraly had to ask her to pay a round of drinks to make up for what happened, the disturbance it caused and honestly that was the LEAST of things she should have done. We shouldn't even have had to ask.
Basecly have your food take out or Ubered because in house, I can GARANTY you the manager will not have her customers back, will not care about the experience you are having, will not only show no empathy but will also try to suck as much money as she can from the customer. It's a shame.
Even the staff at the bar was apologizing to us for the experience we had and the managers attitude.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreZibo used to be my favourite restaurant in centropolis until I had a very bad experience a month ago while having a late lunch with my family.The place was not full since we arrived at around 3:30.we were seated immediately however it took 20 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order although the place was not busy.After the waiter approached he did take our order I informed him 3 times loud enough that we donāt eat pork and we donāt want any pork to be served in our meal due to religious beliefs and background.Even my was almost embarrassed that I informed him three times just to make sure I make my point clear.So 40 minutes later comes our food and I start eating my burger only to realize that it has bacon in it which completely shut down my appetite and got me furious.i asked the waiter ( other lady ) who started apologizing and she would change it.Meanwhile I went to speak to the manager on the floor who I explained to him my experience who fully understood ( was very nice ) and apologized and came to our table and made sure everything was fine.When he asked his staff why this situation happened they informed him that they didnāt hear me which was a complete lie( because I mentioned it 3 times loud enough ).Going on my daughter ordered a kids meal and they never mentioned that includes an drink and a dessert and didnāt offer it until we found out by coincidence before leaving the restaurant.My expectations of zibo were much higher than that and I hope they take this...
