I’ll start with two good things. 1. The doors are bolted so the kids can’t get out or in without an adult. 2. The hot food was served hot.

Everything else was a total fail. A lawsuit waiting to happen. Zero accountability at this place. My children have visited here through camp and SDG at school multiple times and have always been afraid to go. Always come back banged up and with war stories. Stories I never really paid much attention to since they love Megamaze, ISauté and Zukari, but I’d never visited this location personally. Well, I’ve just returned from a birthday party that was held there today (a Sunday on a long weekend) and let me tell you…NEVER AGAIN!

My kids’ fears are totally warranted. The place is a complete zoo. I can’t imagine what our friends paid to host all of us considering they charge for adults and children. And for what? Unsupervised total chaotic destruction.

Lawlessness is law here. The kids do whatever they want. And the naughtiest, most unruly are the ones who run the show. My child (a girl aged 6) was slapped in the face by an older boy and my partner and I had to track him down and confront his parents because management has a ‘zero liability policy’. At first I thought I was misunderstanding and that they had zero tolerance and the boy would be kicked out, but nope! The manager, empathetic as he was, made it clear I’d have a civil case if needed and nothing more. Huh? These are KIDS! Why was there literally no other recourse other than a confrontation that embarrasses another parent and kid and puts us all in a tough and potentially dangerous situation of he said/she said? Our daughter’s face was swollen! Not acceptable to not even try and find a solution!

The trampoline, for example, said only one child could jump at a time. But there’s no employee ensuring that happens. And when, inevitably, multiple kids were jumping (since they let in so.many.people), there were children frustrated or worse, hurt! And no one cared!

They kept allowing more and more people in without clearing anyone out. I’m convinced they do not keep count of capacity or have working cameras.

What should’ve been an enjoyable day catching up with old friends and relaxing and having my kids have the time of their lives, was a walking nightmare. You pay to simply helicopter parent your kids like a hawk lest they be abused by other kids the moment you’re not watching their every move. Add this to the fact that all they sell is sugar and greasy food to get the kids even more hopped up on crazy energy and you have a recipe for disaster. Oh and they takes more than 30 minutes to order and 29 to receive because of slow staff/long wait times.

Overall, a bunch of overwhelmed, overworked teenagers and young adults managed by a well-to-do but overworked himself manager all doing what they can but not hitting the mark. Overpriced, unruly and downright dangerous. If I were them I’d make parents sign waivers upon entering. They’re this close from a major incident if they don’t turn things around...soon.

I, for one, am recommending to my camps and SDG now, all of which I am a board member, to remove this location from the itinerary going forward. Such a shame. We need as many safe spaces for the kids as possible, but...

Probably the owners dont give a damn about what am gonna say. But This is the worst place i have ever been The place is super dirty like really super dirty Its very crowded with no respect to the max capacity the games (maze and the one next to it) people were barely able to move. That so disgusting. The food/frying smell was all over the place. The birthdays, the birthday rooms were not used, instewd people were given benches to celebrate, maybe this way they can have more people and more people mean more $$ Thats a shame.

And btw, the guys on the reception, cant do a headcount and know when the place is saturated? Or the directives are "lasser rentrer le plus de gens possible, plus de gens, plus de $$"

This is by far the WORST place you can ever be.

And btw, were talking about Kids here.... in a dirty place..... just think aboit germs and viruses.

Oh and btw, what i forgot to mention, the Toilets, this is something else.

Ever since the opening of this place, the toilets havent been cleaned. This sink has mold, green mold(unsure 100% if this was mold or moss; but in any case this is disgusting.

Bottom line: i dont recommend this place at ALL for the sake of you children, Avoid this place at any cost.

Oh and btw i went there 2 years ago and my son got the foot hands and mouth disease. Ill keep you posted whats coming after yesterday's visit (i had to go we were invited to a...

Very disappointed!!I dont understand why we need to pay more money for the X RIDER and the Mini golf, very expensive at 4,99 each person plus tax and you can only go once after you pay $74.00 to get in. for a family of 4 with 2 kids and 2 adults. Also there is way too much arcade games not included in the price and more money out of your pocket..its ridicoulos!!Also i didnt like the attitude of the staff when my 6 years old got injured in the back of the head on the X RIDER. The answer when i reported the accident was Oh well he will play and forget fast. Then after i requested some ice and spoke to other staff member, theyr answer was even more hilarious:Are you sure he didnt get hurt before? They inspected the machine and repeated to me that my son he problably got hurt before getting in to the ride.Sorry but a 6 year old will not tell me one thing for another and i heard him complaining in the Xrider because he was sitting beside me.What kind of nonsense is this!I dont know if i will go back again, all the care is theyr money, not even wanted to see if my son was...

Great place for a bday party!!! Clean and lots to do! The only thing is trying to convince the kids not to do the arcades! Hehe. We did have an issue with our reservation, we booked the early bird special from 9:00am-1:00pm, however something they had not told us was that they wanted our whole party to be there before 9:30am for the deal to work. I will start by saying that the staff let it go for this time since we didn't know but I find it kinda or a dumb rule! Plus there was really not that many people so why stress me out with that anyways! The we had arrived at 9:00am (when they open) to prepare the decorations and tables and had told everyone to arrive for 9:30. Even getting everyone to arrive between 9;00 and 9:30 would be difficult if I had asked them to! Plus,, what does it change, they won't stay longer than the scheduled time, if anything we are just the one who looses. But other than that the kids had a blast and everything went smoothly! I still recommend it!

Funtropolis is a solid place to bring your kids if you’re looking for somewhere with lots of energy-burning activities and space to run around. There’s plenty to do for kids of all ages — from climbing structures and slides to arcade-style games and the popular foam ball shooting area. It’s especially great if you want a few hours of entertainment for little ones on a rainy day. That said, the place could really use a deep clean and some upkeep. The floors were noticeably dirty, especially around the play structures and seating areas, which takes away from the experience a bit. The foam balls in the shooting area are extremely worn out, with many of them covered in bite marks or misshapen, making the games less enjoyable (and honestly kind of gross). The staff were fine and the kids still had a blast, but cleanliness and equipment maintenance really need improvement. With just a bit more attention to hygiene and wear-and-tear, this could be a top-tier indoor play spot.

Ma fille de 4 ans ne voulait plus quitter le centre même après 4 heures et a beaucoup aimé notre première visite. My 4 years old daughter didn't want to leave even after 4 hours and really enjoyed our first visit. Those who complain about the noise... What do you expect from a child's playground? It's gonna be obviously loud. Same for losing sight of my child. If you watch them play, you don't lose them. Anyway they can't go anywhere... That place is safe, fun, not too expensive and the food is of good quality for fast food (the grilled chicken sandwich was okay). It's fast food, don't expect super healthy things. Stats at 4.95$ up to 10$ for a complete meal that's pretty cheap. Price wise, get there between 9 and 9:30 and the entrance is cheaper. Also there is almost nobody until after lunch so it's quieter and kids have more room to play. The personnel is constantly going around cleaning and replacing stuff. It's very well maintained.
