The worst experience ive had today 31st January 2023 / 4:11PM
I asked the bald creepy looking guy with glasses behind the counter to not cut my sandwich in half Instead just slice it like subway He acted like he didnt understand Until he cut the bread like i asked him not to and tell me that we dont do that here then slapped the bread making it all squishy like someone stepped on it When i asked for the manager because he was being rude he told me he was the manager He was talking there was spit flying all over Then asked me to exit the place because and refused me service
Is that what dagwood is about ? Is that how dagwood employees treat their customers ! Ive been a client of dagwoods since years first time ive experienced such horrible behaviour im disappointed !!
AVOID THIS DAGWOOD !!!!

Read moreI went on April 26th around 5:15pm. Unfortunately i have thrown my receipt out. It was quiet busy but i stood there and waited for my turn. The customer before me got a sandwich and the associate didn't realize the bread on one side was burnt. Associate Frederick, super kind noticed it and took new sets of bread and reheated it for the customer. I thought it was a really nice gesture. Read moreAs an ex Dagwoods employee, I often need to satisfy my craving from back in the days. The guy who is usually on the meat slicer (don't know his name) is really on point, makes the sandwiches properly with the right number of ingredients each time. I can tell he loves using the slicer, which was one of my favorite parts of the job as well, every time I see him go I get nostalgic.
And of course, everyone is friendly and the sandwiches are delicious as always.
