La Crème de la Crème Boutique — Attraction in Laval (administrative region)

BELOW 1 STAR... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Put a deposit prior to covid of 250$ for a dress.. in the last 2 years, the retail stores opened and closed many times.. So I unfortunately didn't get a chance to pick up the dress which I still had to buy even though my daughter didn't have a prom due to covid... Regardless I find the invoice and try to retrieve the dress or the deposit, the OWNER has the audacity to tell me the dress is sold and that I had told them I didn't want it anymore.. LIES.. I basically paid 250 for a fitting.. She also tells me unfortunately I'm not the only one! So you are making money off our backs during these difficult times AND you double dip by selling the goods to other clients? In the most condescending way, she tells me "those are the terms on our invoice".. Are any of those terms taking Covid store closures in account?? I AM NEVER BUYING FROM THIS STORE.. 100% OPPORTUNIST AND THE MOST...

My mom, mother and law and I walked into La Creme de la creme boutique on a Saturday morning in search of a mother of the bride and groom dresses. We were immediately greeted by the store associate, Valerie who was so kind, patient, and helpful. She gave insightful feedback, was super encouraging, and never pressured us to purchase anything. There was not a limit of how many gowns they were allowed to try on and we were allowed to take photos. My mom found a beautiful gown and she is so excited to wear it to the wedding.
