The lady who owned the store was absolutely rude the second I entered. She was looking at me and my friend up and down. When I asked that I'm looking for a dress she looked at my friend and said who are we looking for a dress for... I spoke first.. I asked I'm looking for a dress... Why would you ask my friend who is looking for a dress when I said I was? it was like she was hoping the skinner one was looking for a dress..... She countlessly insulted me and questioned me; "How old are you?", "What ethnicity are you?", "Why would you come with a friend and not your mother".... Mind you I'm 21 and I needed a dress to go to a wedding... Why does my mother having to be there have anything to do with it? You don't think a real friend won't be just as honest as your mother? .... I showed her a few dress styles I wanted and she rolled her eyes at me and said that I would look huge and I quote " you'd look incredibly huge in them.. look at the model in the picture even she looks fat..." (SHE DIDNT) I then HAD to proceed to ask her if she would you like to show the dresses she does cary in my size.. and she responded with a "sure"... CLEARLY we weren't welcomed... I was constantly nice even when she had an attitude towards me. I should've walked out the second she was rude... She constantly insulted my size. While I was trying on 3 different dresses each time she said when " if you do loose weight we can bring it in and it will look even better..." or "oh you have 6 months to loose the weight until the wedding". I NEVER ONCE SAID I WANTED TO LOOSE WEIGHT TO THIS WOMEN... She also doesn't allow photos but then allowed another customer who was the same ethnicity as her (They were speaking the same language) to a take a photo... The place is small, cluttered, bad lighting, unfriendly staff and it smells like mold. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there, unless you're of same race and a size 0.... Clearly that seemed to be a big...

Very disappointing experience with this establishment. We were never informed of their 'NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE' policy at the time of purchase. Furthermore, their commitment to customer service is questionable: after being inconvenienced with their tailor service, we were asked to make a CASH ONLY payment for adjustments, which raises concerns about their business practices.

To make matters worse, after posting a review about our experience, we received a threatening call from someone claiming to be the owner's lawyer, asking us to remove the review or face legal action. Their aggressive approach and questionable policies leave much to be desired.

Exercise caution if considering this business.

My review was based on my personal experience and the recounting of events as understood by me and my family members. The intention was not to harm but to share our genuine experiences and feelings.

I understand and respect every business's right to have policies. My concern was not with the policy itself but with the way we perceived it was communicated to us.

Regarding the police report and video evidence, I believe in transparency and would welcome a review of these materials should there be a need. It's essential for both sides to understand the events accurately.

I never intended to disrupt or cause any harm to your business. My primary concern was to address what felt like inconsistencies in our interactions.

Absolute terrible business and dishonest unprofessional staff. We bought a dress in this establishment for my mother. First, they never told us prior buying that their policy is NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE. Beware of that, because they will never tell you.

After that, we wanted to make adjustments to the dress, but no tailor was available, which can be understandable. So we took an appointment to come back another day.

The day of the appointment with the tailor, the staff tells us that there is no tailor and they will take the measurements themselves, which is completely absurd. Not only I had to take time out of my day to come back, but Jasmine (staff) never once apologized for the situation and was very condescending, would cut us when we tried speaking and made us feel like we were the problem. We felt absolutely disrespected and wanted to leave the dress and told them they were dishonest (which they are!) and both Jasmine and her mother started screaming at us and tried calling the police on us! (Absolutely insane) We decided on taking the measurements with Jasmine because they told us the tailor never does it and it's the only way to get it adjusted.

When we came back to get the dress, we had to pay for the adjustments, which is normal. But then, they asked to pay CASH ONLY for the adjustments and would not accept any other form of payment. We tried proposing sending a e-transfer, they wouldn't accept. We had to go to the bank, and come back to get the dress.
