First, I want to say thank you for being open late. I think you are the only place in Laval that is open until late hours in the night and let me tell you it is so appreciated. It saved me when I left the hospital at 12 a.m and every single fast food place in Laval was closed. Even the so called 24hour places. Second, even though it has been very late almost every time I have come to your restaurant the food has always been fresh. I can't tell you how great that is. Third, the staff has always been nice to me. They're quick and efficient and I don't have a hard time ordering or being understood by the staff while ordering which has become way too common in other places. Amir’s is one of my favourite go-to fast food at food courts. I appreciate the service and good deals. However, this time that I ordered from Über Ears, I didn’t enjoy my experience as much. To start, I requested some habaneros to go with my order as I would usually do at their restaurant. When I received my order, the habaneros weren’t included. My platter was the Healthy Taouk, but it might as well be called parsley platter because it was mostly that. I got a little bit of everything else underneath the chicken. It wasn’t good. Honestly I decided to eat AMIR again after a really long time and I thought this Curé-Labelle chomedey was the best 1 out there (however) now we're in June year 2024 now and I gotta say, this will be the last time we will eat Amir ever again.. It as lost all his magic, the rice potatoes don't taste the same anymore, I guess that happens when you keep changing owners over and over again... Also when you pay extra for (viande) as it's name on your bill...
