Waited 40mins in store for my order to be ready. There was only 1 other client when i arrived so no rush whatsoever. Delivery guys would come in and out and the 2 staff people would prepare their orders before mine (4-5 delivery guys came in and left as their orders were prepared while mine took the backseat). Another client came in store as i was waiting and she only ordered a poke bowl, after 30mins of waiting, she asked to cancel her order because she had to leave for work and was now running late because of them but they didnt issue her a refund and instead one of the guys started working on her bowl and it wasnt ready for another 10-15mins.
Food wise, I dont recommend the vegetarian miso soup at all, it was unseasoned and felt like i was drinking tap water with 1 tofu cube and nori. The sushi was good but not good enough to wait 40 mins for. I wont be going back.
