I can’t believe it took me over 20 years living near here to discover this park. It’s like Bruno and La parc de la cité had a more beautiful baby.
It’s a beautiful space for families of all ages and fitness levels. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing for the more active families and beautiful well maintained paths for a nice outdoor walk. There are no strenuous areas for anyone with knee or joint pains, and it’s great for those of us who love a nice walk before or after work without needing to go too far.
It’s open longer and completely free. Though we pay for the yearly SEPAQ access, the opening hours don’t allow for a weekday visit with school and work. This is a beautiful spot. So happy someone suggested a walk here. We’ve been back many...

We see geese, ducks and deer regularly. Foxes and raccoons are present but more shy or perhaps plotting shenanigans in a burrow somewhere. Bring seeds and hold them up in your palm along the path and tiny finches will flutter sow from above to feed from your fingers. A magical place right in the city but feels like you are far away.
