I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Pizza

. The staff member (not sure if he was the chef or cashier) was extremely rude for no reason. He didnât greet me, didnât show any respect, and had a bad attitude the entire time. Even when my order was ready, he didnât call meâhe just stared at me like I was supposed to understand with his eyes. That is disgusting customer service!
On top of that, I saw him handling money and then continuing his work without washing his hands. That is completely unhygienic and unacceptable for a food establishment.
This kind of behavior should not be tolerated. I hope management takes action because this was one of the worst customer service experiences Iâve ever had. I will not be...

Aujourdâhui, le lundi 20 mai, vers 21:45, je me suis prĂ©sentĂ©e au comptoir pour passer ma commande comme dâhabitude, en tant que cliente fidĂšle Ă cette franchise. Cette fois-ci, je voulais prendre le pack de 2 pizzas moyennes qui inclut 4 garnitures, 4 boissons et 2 trempettes. Jâai littĂ©ralement dit Ă la fille « je veux bĂ©nĂ©ficier de lâoffre ci-dessus svp », en indiquant avec mon doigt lâoffre en question sur lâĂ©cran dâaffichage. En y jetant un coup dâoeil, elle me dit ok. Jâai pensĂ© que chaque pizza comprend 4 garnitures, alors quâen vrai câest 2 pour chacune. Jâai payĂ© ma commande et en recevant ma facture jâai aperçu un montant qui fait le double de ce que je pensais payer. Jâai rapidement demandĂ© une explication de la part de la fille pour rectifier sâil yâa eu une erreur avant quâils commencent Ă prĂ©parer la commande. Elle mâa rĂ©pondu que jâai pris en rĂ©alitĂ© 4 garnitures pour chacune et que lâoffre inclut seulement 2 pour chacune. En me rendant compte de mon erreur, je lui ai demandĂ© de lâannuler et de passer une nouvelle commande respectant lâoffre en question et lĂ elle me dit avec un ton ironique que câest impossible sans me donner aucune raison (je rappelle quâĂ ce moment lĂ , ils nâont toujours pas commencĂ© la prĂ©paration). Je lui ai exprimĂ© avec politesse ma dĂ©ception envers son comportement et son manque de flexibilitĂ© pour 2 raisons: ne pas mâavoir arrĂȘtĂ©e avant la validation de la commande pour mâexpliquer quâelle sortirait du cadre de lâoffre que je voulais au dĂ©but et dâavoir refusĂ© de lâannuler sans me donner aucune justification. Ă ce moment lĂ , elle a changĂ© son discours de la langue française Ă lâarabe et a commencĂ© Ă mâinsulter et Ă mâadresser des paroles haineuses et rabaissantes devant dâautres clients qui ne comprennent pas lâarabe.    Read moreTerrible place. Front and back were dirty and messy. Stuff everywhere in kitchen. The one staff was slow and had not washed his hands in a while as dough and other stuff was crusted around nails. Took my money and went back to work. Only wearing mash on mouth and chin not nose.
Pizza looked like it was repurposed. A bunch of barely cooked toppings on a already cheesed pepperoni pizza. I ordered it well done and was soggy and clearly underdone. Bacon was borderline raw. Had to put it back in the oven at home but all hope were lost
