Worst case scenario in this store Asked for a cold brew coffee the clerk was saying vanilla or regular, we stated regular with one sweeter, she said again so you want vanilla, I said no thank you for vanilla since I only want sugar She abruptly stated shouting at us, it’s vanilla then Calmly we both said no We don’t like vanilla just one sugar cold brew and milk Loosing it completely she shouted at another employee to come serve us The other employe took our order and the loud lady continued to shout at another customer Omg we dared adding a muffin when she came back and a napkin we again got held at she said there’s one in the bag and of course there was no freaking napkin What a terrible place to go What a store to go to Never never never going there anymore Tim Horton employee of the month 🤣 if you like being yelled at...

I ordered an iced mocha latte and instead I get a large hot coffee…the guy who served me wasn’t communicating well and I ordered in French and was confused. He told me he didn’t have mocha so I said I’d get caramel instead but that’s not even what I received. I also ordered a farmers wrap and the potato was soggy and it wasn’t really good. Slightly disappointed but from here on out I’ll just make my own iced coffee at home and it’ll taste way better than this watered down coffee. Couldn’t finish the coffee for it tasted awful so I just emptied it in the bathroom sink and you’d be surprised by how many coffee cups I saw in the bathroom trash, it was kinda hilarious but all I’m gonna say is that was definitely not worth a five dollar cup of...

July 2023 - Service has been garbage through the drive through for months. Slow service, the odd grumpy employee, messed up orders, etc. The service time through the drive through with 3 cars is about 4 mins from the time you get your order to the time you receive it. They are not respecting the delivery timer by any means. Earphones and horsing around seen while waiting for my order at the window. New staff do not know their menu well or say something is not available, but it is. Service inside is better and more organized. But the drive through is bad. Food is your standard Tim Hortons food.
