Restaurant Boustan — Restaurant in Longueuil

The food is great, don't get me wrong, I am a regular customer of this place. I went to get food in person at this place once, ordered a side container of chicken for almost 8 something + tax. I got home and realized they had forgotten it. I called and they admit they forgot it on the counter. I left my name and phone number, they said they would remember it and that I order from them often on UBER so they would give me back on my order. Fast forward a month or 2 later, I finally ordered on UBER from them. I called them to tell them that they would give me back what they forgot. They asked me if I remember the name, which I don't but they will give it to me anyways. So I was appreciative, but when I got my order on UBER, it was not there. I honestly like their food a lot but I would not be writing this if I didn't...

The worst Boustan in Quebec, the lady at the phone who answered cut the phone when she didn’t understand English and was not able to comprehend the requested notes, they sent my pita wrap cold and not even grilled, tasted like garbage, do not order from the restaurant or visit, franchise owners like this ruin the reputation of the brand name, I specifically ordered on Friday 23rd of September 2022 at 9:00 pm for further investigation.

Update - spoke to the manager on shift, he was very kind to resolve the matter immediately after trying to call them up, however the individual who offers terrible service is named Amira, I would recommend not dealing...

I have very bad experience today. I visited this place to have lunch with my family .I ordered one mix grill plate and one Shawarma chicken plate . the beef of the mixed grill was very bad taste and chewy while the chicken was good but not wow . The chicken shawarma was below expectation. I was surprised when I checked the invoice and found they added 8 dollars extra for ordering tabouleh and salad as sides. The person who served me did not tell me that I have to pay extra 2 dollars for each of these sides???i think it is rip off and I will never...
