This place used to be my kid’s favorite place, but I found a couple of young staffs they hired currently are not that good. Today, I tried to purchase one adult ticket and one kid ticket, but the girl kept asking stupid question. She asked me where is the other guy. I thought her English maybe not that good, so I pointed out my kid and I to her and repeated that we need two tickets, but she still asked me where is the other guy, or she cannot offer group ticket. I found it’s ridiculous and asked her I don’t know what the guy you mean, and I never say any vocabularies related to “a guy” or “group ticket”. Because of her, my kid lost patience on waiting. Finally, she explained to me that there was a guy in front of me and she thought we were together. It’s a stupid excuse. Otherwise, I saw the reply from the owner and unfortunately, I think you didn’t read my reviews carefully and you have problems on honesty. Firstly, I said I have repeated several times it’s for my son and me. If it’s the first time, she misunderstood I had relation with anyone it’s understandable, but I have repeated several times, such as “only two of us”, “there is no third people”. Under this situation, she still insisted on there was a man with us. It is definitely ridiculous. Secondly, the guy you talked about was not there. I think he was left because when I went to the cashier, there was no other person, only me, and my son. He was not beside me or did any sense with me. Under this kind of situation, she had no reason to make this kind of mistake. It’s unbelievable. Otherwise, I wrote English, and you replied in French. This is disrespectful. I have to warn you. The problem was not solved as easy as you described at that time. Because this girl kept asking “the man” again and again, it stimulated my autism kid. My son started crying and screaming and I was very angry and said this is discrimination on non-white single mother and I would like to talk to the manager. Read moreVery disappointed that the owner/management was rude and unprofessional towards me. I reached out to write to them because I had a bad experience for a 1st time visit. I have a child with special needs and he was having a hard time in the lineup. I asked for help and if we could pls have a place to sit and wait or go ahead of the lineup to pay. The parents around me were very understanding. One of the staff members said she would go ask someone to help but she never came back and no one of the staff ended up coming to help us so we had to leave. When I wrote to them, the reply I got was “who do you think you are?” And that I’m the one that should be more considerate of other parents. They told me that I should be understanding towards them because their staff is young and because of covid. I have been to many amusement centres and all of them have procedures in place and ways to help special needs families. Normally a professional would take responsibility for their business and apologize and ask how they can make the experience better for next time and not blame the customer or staff that hasn’t been trained properly. I found she seems to have discriminated behaviour because she showed different attitudes on my white friends and I. I didn’t do anything mean to her, so I don’t understand why she was not nice to us. I have noticed that few reviewers said they had bad experience with the ticket seller and a couple of reviewers accused her as discrimination. I wonder if the staff I would like to give 1 review is the same person they talked about. If it is, I would like to suggest the owner to keep this staff so that she will not go to other companies and then ruin their reputation. Let her to stay in your group and made all the complaints and bad reviews concentrate on your company since you don’t care of your reputation at all.
