I was so excited to come to this store and I drove from Mississauga with my cousin. We saw products that we had and was excited to restock. When we went to cash out, we noticed our total was more than expected. We went back to the shelf where it was all stacked and saw that the price in front of the product wasn’t the right item. We didn’t leave the store yet and tried to ask the cashier to return our items. I told them I understand it’s final sale but it was a mistake of their end. Her response was, “some times when we can’t fit the items, we move it to another spot”…. You can easily place the correct item in front of the correct price. She said there’s no way to do a return because it’s “already in the system.” I’m not dumb. I’ve worked retail and there’s always a way. What do they do if they accidentally double scanned an item for a customer? They can’t do a return? So instead of arguing in front of everyone and making a scene, I won’t be giving good feedback to friends and family. Nor would I be returning. The reason why we wanted to return the item was because we buy it cheaper from another Toronto store. Plus, I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the same issue as me. So HEADS UP! Read moreI had a very disappointing shopping experience today at kiokii and…. As soon as I walked into the store, I was clearly visible to the staff, yet no one greeted me or offered assistance. When I eventually needed help and asked about a product, a staff approached me with an impatient and dismissive attitude. Her tone made it very clear that she was not willing to help, and I felt extremely unwelcome. To avoid further discomfort, I directly told her that I didn’t need help from someone with no patience. Unfortunately, the situation didn’t improve. When I went to pay, the store manager also greeted me with a cold and indifferent attitude. I tried to provide feedback about the unpleasant encounter with the staff, but the manager’s response was perfunctory and lacked sincerity. This entire experience left a very negative impression. I have been a loyal member of this brand for years and have spent a significant amount of money here. I’ve always had good experiences with friendly, helpful staff—until today. Read moreI purchase contact lenses from this beauty shop. I was super excited but the sale associate gave me the ones w/the prescription but I needed ones without. I only found out by opening the package. Unfortunately, I have lost the receipt (mistake on my part), I contacted the manager and ask is there anyway you can help me with this issue. The manager said without a receipt or membership (I was not told there was a membership or I would have applied) the item I have given was wrong by the sale associate and cannot be returned. So there goes $50 down the drain. If you do shop here MAKE SURE you apply for the membership and take care of your receipt. Worst Costumer Service Worker and Managers. I would give this place no star if there’s an option. Never going to shop at this place ever...
