I was so excited to come to this store and I drove from Mississauga with my cousin. We saw products that we had and was excited to restock. When we went to cash out, we noticed our total was more than expected. We went back to the shelf where it was all stacked and saw that the price in front of the product wasn’t the right item. We didn’t leave the store yet and tried to ask the cashier to return our items. I told them I understand it’s final sale but it was a mistake of their end. Her response was, “some times when we can’t fit the items, we move it to another spot”…. You can easily place the correct item in front of the correct price. She said there’s no way to do a return because it’s “already in the system.” I’m not dumb. I’ve worked retail and there’s always a way. What do they do if they accidentally double scanned an item for a customer? They can’t do a return? So instead of arguing in front of everyone and making a scene, I won’t be giving good feedback to friends and family. Nor would I be returning. The reason why we wanted to return the item was because we buy it cheaper from another Toronto store. Plus, I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the same issue as me. So HEADS UP! Thanks for the awesome customer service :)
