Notably, Valerie, Kitty, My-Chi, Frankie, and Sherry have consistently demonstrated extraordinary patience and support, particularly during visits with my friend who has autism. Their attentive care has created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making each visit a positive experience.
The managerial team, including John Tam and John, also deserves recognition for their professionalism and courteous demeanor. Also, Mel is always polite and professional when taking orders. Their dedication to ensuring accurate orders and friendly interactions contributes to the restaurant's overall inviting ambiance.

Read moreAs a waitress I’m absolutely disgusted with how food was. If I could give 0 stars I would. The cooks/service were unprepared from what I saw. I ordered my food (2chicken drumsticks fries and a bun) as take out and it took an hour for them to get the proper order out. They first called me once to tell me they were out of dark meat but had one left and asked to substitute. Once I got to the restaurant they told me there wasn’t anymore dark meat at all (restaurant was completely empty). They told me it would take 20min extra for the dark meat to be made. Finally I come back and the waitress (obviously confused not her fault) asked me if I wanted my original order or the one with half dark half white. I told her I want to original and she told me to wait another 5 min, and while I’m waiting this whole time my fries went stale from almost an hour since being cooked. Once I got my food I gave her $20 cash and was debating leaving a tip (change was $2.15) she walked away with the $20 and I noticed that she didn’t have any change to give me because she didn’t even have a till! Clearly the owners/managers are pocketing whatever tips the servers get. Once the (manager I presume) came back with a recipe he asked me if that’s all I’m waiting for and I said no I’m waiting for my change because I’m not leaving a tip for a restaurant with horrible food horrible service and to top it off the tip goes straight into the owners/managers pocket. Read moreMy family and I decided to do take out today. I ordered through the app. The app was very user-friendly. I have used it multiple times in the pass and always satisfied.
As satisfied as I am with the app, we were pretty disappointed with the pick up and food received experience. My husband did the pick up and he said it was very disorganized and not enough employees at the counter. He saw a lot of staff just wondering around when there was a line of people waiting to be serviced.
As for the food, this was by far one of the worse we have received ever from Swiss Chalet. The chicken was dry and missing it's famous chicken skin. It's one of the things we look forward to when eating Swiss Chalet chicken. My ribs where cold. My baked potato came empty even though I requested sour cream and chives. My side of fries came in a half filled container. I requested butter for my dinner rolls and ketchup for my fries and neither was included. My dinner roll also received cold. I had to reheat all my food. I also live only 5 mins away from this location. It our go to location for a long time. I am just super disappointed with my overall experience this time around.
