Just because the person at the store that overcharged me but said they gave me a "deal" was not white, I was accused of being racist by the end of the phone call. How did they know what colour I was? Why did it have to go to that level? Good or poor customer service is the same no matter your colour, ethnicity or religion. It is severely lacking now and with all the competition out there, you would think it would be better. It's the upside down world we are living in now. I was angrily told I should appreciate the "deal" I was given instead. I should have gone for the free upgrade I was offered by my provider but I was trying to avoid one more phone in our landfill. Rajah is always very polite and very kind us, especially to my husband Gordon who has Alzheimer's calling us the 'beautiful people' Rajah always makes us feel welcome, something you will not find in other electronic locations.
Techsource have most anything electronic!!! We particularly like the android and plans we picked... You can chose one that suits your budget, that are very reasonable AND help you 'CUT THE CABLE'!!!

It’s a friendly environment when it comes to buying and fixing things, but I found myself unable to shake the fact that what they offer you for your electronics is almost a scam. A brand new 10th gen ipad was only worth $200 for them to give me, but they sold it the next day for more than double the price, after telling me “it’s not worth any more”.
