Dinoville Indoor Playground — Attraction in Mississauga

Fantastic place for kids events! We reserved Dinoville for my son's 3rd birthday party on a weeknight. The arrangement of this place is amazing and well thought out. The space is broken down into an infant and bigger kids area, so there's fun for all with washrooms at the back and the main party space at the entrance with a fridge to store cakes, and treats and also some treats to purchase. Our son and daughter had a fantastic time with their friends, and the staff was really helpful and allowed us to enjoy our evening. One thing we noted was the lack of overly loud music, which is refreshing. The kids could play and the adults could enjoy a conversation without shouting over excessively loud speakers. Added bonus is that you can see your kid from almost anywhere in the building, so it eases anxiety if you're not used to letting your little one out of your sight. Thank you Dinoville, all adults and kids had an amazing time!!!!

Just a note for anyone looking to just show up, there's no online notifications to state if the venue has been reserved for an event, so call before you come. If you just show up and someone has booked an event, then you're out of luck because you won't be able to even enter. Perhaps a note for the owners, maybe add an availability calendar or an online event notification to say if the venue is booked? ...

I recently had two birthday parties here and our experience was good but a few issues did arise during the events that diminished the enjoyable experience.

Rental - The two hour rental feels extremely rushed. Allowing customers only 15 minutes to set-up before a party while still dealing with the last party attendees leaving and cleaning up is chaotic.

Clean Up - The staff do not help clean up whereas at other playgrounds they have an entire team to help take down décor and clean tables. There was only one staff present for our party and an hour into to the party she started asking us to hurry up with cake and then start removal. If I am paying for two hours then you need to factor in time for tear down after my two hours. Towards the end we had leftover balloons and she expected us to pop all the balloons before we left which was ridiculous.

Cleanliness - Due to the place having back-to-back parties they do not clean the equipment in between.

Fun place for kids. The only complaint i have is they don't have a first-aid kit. My 2 yr old tried coping the bigger kids on trying to climb the slide in the front part of the place, and he ended up sliding down hitting his face where he bit his lip so bad and lots of blood. To ask the young lady at the desk for ice and he could only find a big ice pack and told me they don't have anything to help. I said no first-aid kit? Nope. So bring your own. And I guess the waiver gets them out of any incident reports.

There was no misunderstanding and NO the worker did not offer the first aid kit. I have a witness my 22 yr old daughter and other ladies. My daughter asked for the ice and that's when she said sorry this is all we have is a big blue ice thing and my daughter had to get paper towel to wrap it. Please don't lie. I like your place but your worker told us she's sorry there's no first aid kit. So don't reply that it was offered. That's wrong. But your place is nice. Need to correct this and have first aid posted up in case of any...
