Magic Mountain FunZone — Attraction in Moncton

Paid 23 dollars to have my 3 year old dissappointed and totally upset by one of the employees, Domica, who was very rude and unfriendly with my son and me. When we came to the train ride Rio grande, there was nobody there. There was another family with two kids, who’ve been waiting far before us. Domica came after 5 minutes. My son wanted to get in the train, but the two other kids were the first in the line and occupied the seats there. We went to the wagon. I told my son we could seat in the train on the next ride. When the ride was over, and my son rushed to take the seat in the train, she stopped him and asked us to leave, as there were other families waiting. I told her my son waited much more (our ride lasted a minute, so that’s how long other families waited for, while my son and I waited for 5 minutes to get in. She refused to listen to my arguments. Didn’t explain anything to my son to calm him down or cheer him up. Just repeatedly asked us to leave. She won’t allow other families, kept everyone waiting and won’t even say sorry neither to the families, nor to us, who waited for 5 minutes. We finally left and my son got all upset, he told me he wanted to go home and didn’t want to ride anywhere. I should mention, this park was not busy at all. Its Monday, July 19th, I don’t understand why would the management charge so much money, not providing any training to the employees about specifics working with kids, making sure everyone leaves friendly and cheerful. Why we had to wait, why nobody even said sorry for keeping us waiting. Why would they hire such people was Domica who doesn’t care about children and doesn’t understand what customer service is. We hit this place at a most fortuitous time. On our way here was a power outage. As a result, once we entered the premises there were relatively few people on the grounds after power had been restored. Every ride was well covered by an attendant so there were not any waits to get onto a ride. Our young Godson, Leo, was able to have the time of his life. Something I'm sure he'll remember from his visit with his Godparents. Our daughter, Rachel, also had fun experiencing this place. We (wife Pat, Leo, Rachel and I) hit a couple rounds of mini-golf just down the hill. Afterwards we llet Leo have fun with combing through a miners bag using the grounds "river" while "panning" for treasures. Overall fantastic experience worth...

Great family fun. Water park was a blast and the best part. Fun Zone could use a few more rides but overall was good. All the staff were extremely friendly. They have full day lockers available which is a great bonus. Food is pricey!! The only downside to this place is TekZone aka The Arcade. It's HORRIBLE!!! Most games do not give you the "tickets" you won. Games are OVERPRICED. Some games just took your credits and did not work for game play. Tickets rewards are extremely low.
