I was in a rush, so I ordered food in advance using the mobile app, hoping my order would be ready by the time I arrived. I placed an order for one Whopper Medium Combo and one Kids Meal. I arrived at the location 10 minutes later. Despite there being 6-7 people on the shift, no one was paying attention to me until I waved my hand.
I explained that I had a mobile order. The worker acknowledged it and went to check on something but never came back with an answer. I asked another worker about my order, and he handed me two cups for drinks and then disappeared, presumably to prepare my order. I was disappointed that it wasn't ready but was willing to wait.
However, the team seemed to be working very slowly. The last worker I spoke to kept moving packages around, unpacking and repacking the food, and walking around the counter. I began to worry something was wrong with my order. Meanwhile, customers who ordered after me were being served based on their order numbers—at least five customers received their orders before me.
I was already running late for my appointment. When I thought my order was finally ready, the worker surprisingly called another customer with a later order number. After waiting for 30 minutes without receiving my order and being late for my appointment, I turned around and left the place, feeling angry and disappointed.
With six people working on the shift, such situations shouldn't be happening. This is a fast-food place, yet many fine dining restaurants take less than half an hour to prepare meals. Read moreI was going to write a review based on the great service I got when I pulled up to the speaker (very friendly and thorough, attention to detail, upselling cheese, bacon, etc) and just thought as I was pulling up to the window "WOW he is really good!" But the reason I am leaving this review is because of what followed. Jot. When I pulled up to the window he had the kindest eyes and smile, got our food and drinks to us promptly and then looks at me and says "Do you want a crown for the Queen you are?" It caught me off guard because customer service (and just kindness in general!) seems to be a thing of the past. I giggled and smiled and said "Sure! Well I'll take one for my daughter." So he said "1 or 2 crowns?" while still giggling I said "Just 1 is fine". I thanked him and told him he was great. Then when we got home, he had written on our drinks "You are amazing" and "You rule!" Unbeknownst to him, I had had a horrible, stressful week and those kind gestures meant more to me than he will ever know. It turned my whole week around. Manager/owner if you are reading this - do what is necessary to keep Jot happy. Employees like him are priceless and so hard to come by. Give that man a raise! I manage a business and have done several interviews and if he came through my door, I would create a position for him if needed! You can train people in skills - you can't train people in people skills. They either have it or not and Jot excels with people! Read moreWell I didn’t think it was useful to input my thoughts about this location but I guess im not the only one having issues.
I went through the drive through to order a homestyle breakfast, to begin with the lady didn’t know what I was speaking off and told me they didn’t have that (I eat it at other locations…) then proceeds to say that they only serve it in the restaurant (not true).
Proceeds to accept the order and went ahead and paid. I was the only vehicle there with one customer inside. The lady told me that I will need to go ahead and park in the parking lot since my order will take a while to cook.
10 minutes went by and still no food, I went inside to check what was going on, I seen the cook cooking the eggs. I then went back in my car thinking that my breakfast was bound to be ready. I waited another 15 mins before going back inside finding my food still not ready. I then asked for a refund since that was absolutely unacceptable. The clerk was rude and did not want to give me any information to contact upper management.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.
